has anyone had results using only extender?

Hello. My first message. Are you using extender with VAC or with that silicone bars? Are you applying heat?

For my first year of PE, I only used an extender - and nothing else. I reckon I gained about 3/4" inch.

Were those erect or flaccid length gains? Either way, great gains, well done.
