Glans bending in Jes-Extender

Hi guys,

I’ve started using the Jes-Extender and find it impossible to use the noose without wrapping first as it constantly slips.
I have watched online videos of it in use they do not seem to have issues with the glans sitting comfortable and flared out. This may be contributed to having a small glans compared to my MSG/BSG.
I find that my glans tries to slip through the noose or wrapping as the blood supply must be compressing inwards rather than outwards if that makes sense.
I do not have a vacuum cup either.
I find that if I do not slip and find a comfortable spot for long enough, my glans stays in position but it bends towards my body where the noose is rather than pointing out straight.
Best way to explain is that it is straight until it hits the noose and the glans bends up almost like an L shape.
Any ideas what is causing this? Am I too tight internally or shorted on the top length CC side?
It would be great to know if anyone has experienced any similar issues with their glans and extenders.

Mine does that some too. I think it’s just the noose force on a flacid penis. Never caused an issue or deformation. I have found that is the best position for me for long periods of time.

I haven’t received any negative PIs from it so far but it just doesn’t look right compared to others I have seen that seem to sit in the device without any issues or slippage.

It’s almost like the CC is too thin compared to MSEG so it cant get a good even grab around the CC so it slips inside itself if that makes sense.
