It doesn’t look like it will remain stealth at all. Those sharp edges will be bulging if you’re on the longer side of spectrum. But this is my opinion, don’t take it for granted. I cannot wear a cheapo proextender without it bulging on one leg of the pantalones.
So the device doesn’t change length depending on your size at all. It’s one size that fits 2-10.5”.
I didn’t design it to be stealth I designed it to be a hanging replacement as it can go over 40lbs of tension if needed.
I’m also one of the dudes who can’t wear the damn leg strap thing ever haha.

I know it was not designed for stealth, and I’m not criticizing the device at all, it’s an amazing piece of artwork and around 18kg pull is more than impressive.

Personal preference I guess. The latest version can go upto 20 kg tension and is comfortable to wear for many hours at upto 12 kg tension. That’s what the owner told me anyways.
