Extending and Hanging, resulting Weight Resistance

Okay, so I’m currently working with the X4 labs extender, and have very few if any problems with the set-up…..until now that is. My member seems to be capable of going out to the furthest point on it, but I seem to have to pull it slightly forward to get there. I’m not sure if it’s that the springs have worn down, or if moving up to 8lbs, while hanging has simply increased its resistance to force by that much. Anyone care to chime in?

I think you have to use the right length, not a given prestablished length that you can barely reach, at the cost of having to apply high tension.
8 pound is too much for extender routine. You better stay under 2, so reconfigure the extender to fit your size

I’m not using 8lbs, in the extender. I’m using it for hanging. Just as a point of clarification. My general rule of thumb is though, if you can no longer feel the stretch in the extender, than it is time to move up in length. However, based on what you wrote, I’m going to assume you disagree. Can you tell me why that is?

I simply dont understand your issue with the extender.

In a extender you should feel the pull, but not in the form of a really strenuous tension. You want to have it there for 8-12 hours a day.
