I did it by parts, in a 7 year span, but qhen I did use extender I’ve used fisrt for 6 months 7 hours a day, around 2cm extra from that wich after years eithout ads lost 0,5cm so after a 4 month comeback at 8+ a day I grew other 2,5-3cm and then had two more 3 months comebacks which got me at where I stand today, starting another comeback at 21,2cm
later comebacks were 10+ hours a day, topping at 14hour on rare occations.

you know, I don’t like high tension because it means a lot of slipping, and not being able to make it to 1hour straight.m, beside tootight is bad for glans, so I try to keep that boundary where it feels the pull but still not slipping (silicone chords always slide a bit so had to adapt a bit to augment abrasion with some self-fusing rubber) and so I have been for a few usage months. Still getting gains. 10+ hours a day is the way to go. Girthwise I’ve added a tiny bit, but not relevant.

Did anyone else check the tension of the extender with digital kitchen scale?I took off both of the springs, put one of the springs vertically on the scare, pressed and measured how much I need to press to reach around 450 - 500 grams.Using two springs that makes 900 - 1000 grams.Thats the tension I plan to use.I have a proextender and realized gauging the tension by the scales is not accurate.Its that a correct way to measure the tension?

Hi, if I may chime in with my own past time experiences, clocking in around 700 h in total, I shall do so.

I used a so called ‘Andropenis’ with foam covering the noose, it came in the package and I followed the instruction pamphlet and did the more extreme routine they suggested.

From what I remember, it was a the lower tension I seemed to gain the most, as I managed then to wear my extender for up to 8 hours a day as long as my schedule allowed it, of course. Though following the manufacturer’s suggested routine I had all of the sudden started feeling more pain, even with the foam on.

I think this was due to the fact I had to tighten it so much due to almost all the pegs that came in the package being screwed on to my extender apparatus. So my two cents is: Stay at the force where you can wear it for at least an hour straight without any sort of pain.

I will not be hitting those hours, half that on a good day. I’ve already run over a thousand hours with the lower tension springs. I’m currently running the 4200 gram springs. Lowest tension I can hit is around 1300 or so.

However, I’m beginning to play more with running lower tensions, so we will see where I go with that. If it allows me to maintain longer “in cycles”, then it could be a win. I also only extend under constant heat, so this is an added variable, which requires me to adjust out during each in cycle to maintain consistent tension.

I’ve been doing PE consistently for five years now. I typically don’t see quantitative results in 4 weeks, so it’s all for the long game.

Consistency is key.

I all ways wanted to try lower tension. but going through the effort of strapping in. Just doesn’t seem to be time effective if I’m only doing a 1 hr session at a time.

If I’m feeling sore I would do a lower tension session. But if things are feeling ok I’ll all ways try to push the limits a little bit.

Maybe if I had a different set up that allows longers sessions I’ll give a low tension a shot

I know the feeling, especially considering I’ve started extending again as of today. I’m not going by tension but rather by how long I make the extender arms on my device.

Lets just say I re-started my extending today at 16 cm length, and right now extending at 18 cm, though I did this in increments, 0.5 cm at a time, until I realized I could quite comfortably just screw the 2 cm long peg on the extender arms. Making it 18 instead of 16 cm.

Though a few years back I started out at 14 cm extended length which was a smidge over 2 cm my NBPEL. Put the hours in, adding peg by peg,(not too sure I’m naming the pieces correctly)slowly until I ended up extending, quite uncomfortably at 21- 22 cm, in total extender arm length, and full tension.

I must note that I also started experiencing some pain behind the glands then, making me eventually satisfied with the 2 cm I gained from it. Though as already mentioned I seemed to make my gains at the lower lengths and tension. Personally I don’t think pure force is the answer, rather slow and steadily building up both length and tension over weeks at a time.

Right now my plan is to add a 0.5 cm piece each new month. I got 4, 0.5 cm pieces for each arm and a last 0.3 mm pair as well in case those 2 mm extra will be too much at a time.

I do apologize if my writing is somewhat rushed and not fully comprehensive though, as English is my second language.

Just thought I would chime in once more. Best of luck, hope you’ll manage to figure out the sweet spot as well.

Ah oh yes, just by the way, from what I have read 1 h sessions is pretty perfect especially the more tension you use as you would need to take the device off to massage your unit a bit and most importantly restore blood flow. I find 1 h, with a few minutes rest time in between, to be pretty much perfect.
No need to haste it, this is a game of hours strapped in.

Does anyone have the pain tolerance to try high tension for extended periods of time?

With the tension I’m using 4 hours a day has got to be doing work. The tension used makes it like hanging and we all know the gains some of the hangers here have made.

Rafael - that makes me want to try low tension for 8-10 hours a day. I wish I had the time.


Start : 7 BPEL, 4.8 mseg

Now : 8 BPEL, 5.43 mseg, 8.375 BPFSL

Trying high or max tension each and every set. start to get tougher through out the day. with pain kicking in much sooner through the next session. I personally can’t mantain Max for all 4 session I usually a day. At some point I have to ease off.

Several hours and patience with an extender “low or medium tension” is the key to success.
5000 hours soon…for me.

Thanks dj8cut I’m so wanting to give a different type of extender a try. Something that I can where longer than 1 hour at a time. I’m currently using a knock off type jes extender with a nylon noose for attachment.

After 1 year of trying different ways of strapping in. I don’t think there much improvement left to my set up. And if i want longer sessions I’ll probably have to switch to a different extender.

My biggest issue is what extender is best for longer sessions lower tension.

IMHO size genetics extender is great for very long sessions. I wear mine 10-12 hours a day even when training at the gym, only breaks I got is for peeing or showering.

How in the world do you wear an extended without anyone noticing? Just curious. It’s much larger than a full on hardon. Like twice as large if you look at overall volume due to the width. Are you a very large person?
