Personally I don t find a merit in combining 2 methods of length (in your case manual stretching and extender).
IMO and according my experience you have to chose 1 exercise for length and 1 for girth.
Most of the big-fast gainers had something in common… they were using simple methods. Not complicated ones like manuals and then extender and then pumping and then clamping!

In general I would say that when I am following my Pis I am gaining in both Length and girth.
When I put my ambition in front and thinking I am gonna do more to gain more… I have the opposite results.
The exact same thing was always happening to SparkyX.

Pe_is_an_art in regards to what you said above towards manual stretching, I would like to ask, what about loosening up the ligaments before going into the extender.

I have been doing the JP90 routine for three weeks and I was wondering, what do you think about incorporating the dry Jelqing part of the JP90 (Helicopter Shakes and Kegels), before strapping into the extender?

So in other words: Warming up in a tub, Dry Jelqing and Kegels, Strapping in the Extender, and than Warming down in the tub.

I know you didn’t mention this previously, but Jelqing the blood back into the penis should be done after each set? I’ve read that numerous times throughout the posts. Just want to clarify.

Also, would it be ok to do girth exercises on the days off or only on days on? I received a pump from X4 with my extender package and was going to incorporate that with light clamping (light clamping meaning three to four sets of 2mins 30secs)

I am not certified to tell you what and how much to do.
Only your own dick can guide you.

If you want to tell you about my experience then yes I can tell you.
In my case I am gaining only when I m using 2 rest days per week. (3on/1off-2on-1off and after 3 weeks I am doing a 2 consecutive days of rest)
There are 2 schools on rest… the 1 says no rest at all the other say growth is happening on rest. I am with the rest school.
As far as jelqing… I had the best most productive jelqing sessions when I was doing jelqing immediately after finishing my Extending session.
I believe this was happening because my dick had reached already its mfsl with the extending and then I was jelqing with more relaxed and longer tissues and smooth muscle.

In my case pumping(especially air) is making my Pis go down for days leaving me with a baby flaccid even with 3minutes in 3hgs.

Pe is all about experimenting with your dick.
Try every method and keep the ones that are giving you good Pis and discard the ones that are making your dick sick.

In my case bigger-softer flaccid was always meaning bigger thicker erected size dick.
Shorter-thinner-stiff flaccid was always meaning smaller erected dick.

All day PE like extending all day never made me gain…
Extending 4h in the morning with light intensity and then letting my dick rest for the rest of the day and then to it again in the morning is what made me gain.
When I added more hours in the afternon and night instead of growing I was becoming smaller… my mfsl was becoming smaller in the extender because I was making it stiffer and my erected dick was also smaller especially in girth.
DO NOT make your dick become stiff from overtraining !!!!! this is the bigger downfall in PE.
Do your PE program by respecting your dick and then rest your dick for the rest of the day and give 2 full rest days per week.
This is what worked for me.

I am gonna give one last example from my experience.

I was doing 4h ext/day at 500grams , 5days/week and 20mins jelqing. ( and in all these weeks my Pis was super)
In 260h I got my 1st ever length gain of 0,5 cm. And I had gained 1cm girth at this point( I am a very easy girth gainer).
Then I said to my self… Holly shit ! PE is real!
So I am gonna up the tension to 750grams and do only 1 rest day/week in order to gain more because now I am for sure more conditiond in extending and maybe the same 500grams will not be able to produce any more gains and I ll be losing my time… after all PE is all about progressive overload… Right? WROOOOOONGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did that for 300 more hours with zero gains and my girth was suffering ( at this period not very good Pis and a dick feeling descomfort)
Well….I spoke with an extender Vet and he told me … Up the tension more… and I did it… I went to 1000grams .
At this point my dick Pis was getting even worst. No gains at 300 more hous there. and My flaccid was always smaller.
Well you mother fuck@r …. it seems that you are having a hard tunica layer so I am gonna show you !!!!!! I am gonna be extending you with 1250 grams!!!!!
what happened??? even worst Pis even smaller dick in both flaccid and erect.
Then 1 vet adviced me….. add HIGHT intensity manuals and u will gain!
Well yes I did it! Wrooooooooooooooong!!!!!
My erect dick lost the 0,5 cm gain! and I had lost all of my girth too at this point !!!!

Well after all these things…. I went back to my log… and watched carefully WTF had made me gain and what not . ( huge important to gave a log).
So I went back to just 1-3h of extending at 500grams 5 days/week and in a matter of 2 weeks my dick had almost recovered.

Then after that I read the thread of Gentlepsychopath and I started doing LIGHT intensity static stretching 5days /week.
I started with 20 mins and progressively I went to 35 mins.
I was shocked !!!! I was gaining 1mm every 1 week!!!!!!!
35 mins of LIGHT manual stretching was making me gain like a motha fucka and 4-6h of ext at 1250+Intense manuals was making my dick smaller!!!!!!!
Then…. after 6 weeks I had gained 6mm with these 35 mins super light static manuals(Having again perfect Pis and a huge flaccid) and I said to my self.
Ok lets do this 2 times / day…. 1 in the morning and 1 on the night and I ll gain more!!!!!!!!!!! WROOOOONGGGG
I did an other 4 weeks with ZEROOOOOOOOOOO gains! and guess what???? My Pis in these 4 weeks was doing down !!!!!!!!!!!

Well this is my Pe jurney.
Now IF you find something in it that can help you…. then OK.

Sparky X was saying…
1) Base your training around your Pis (Correct)
2) If a method is working for you you must be having weekly gains( Correct)
3) Up the tension and Vol ONLY if your gains are NOT progressing for 3 weeks. ( Correct)
4) If your Pis are going down give some rest days and back the intensity and vol down (Correct)

Well all of my PE experience showed that SparkyX was right.
Greed is what makes us not gain. And he was also becoming greedy and having no gains. Then we was going back to the light things and he was growing more.
I really relate perfect with his experience.

What you just said is what I’ve been waiting to read for a while from a forum poster. The struggle. The ups, the downs, the failing that occurs time and time again. There has been no struggle for many of the individuals that I have read previous posts of; which always makes me question authenticity. Of course there are signs of giving up and frustration but many just stop once they don’t see it go their way. Which I commend you for continuing. Failure is not an option if you’ve dedicated yourself to something your passionate about!

As far as the log goes, I am considering making one on Thunders. Not just for myself but for further individuals down the line. Pe_is_an_art, I have to ask, how many days did it take you to reach 260hrs with the 2 on 1 off schedule to gain the half inch?

I was doing 3on 1 off 2on 1 off and i gained in 260h 0.5cm EL. Not 0.5 inch.

0.5cm in just 260h of extending is a very good gain among extender users.

Pe_is_an_art From what you’re telling me, if you added an hour every 7 to 10 days. The 260h should have taken you about three months give or take to establish. Which is what I would consider good gains for extending. If you stood on the right path and didn’t do what you did, you could have gained close to an inch in a little over 9 months.

Yes it was about 3 months.
I also believe that if I wouldn t had upped the tension and kept the same vol and frequency that I would have gained more.
Right now I have started taking again the path that have given my gain. And this time with no mistakes because I know better.

Have you considered taking any supplements to help you along the way with your sessions? I have read many threads were the individuals have included supplements to help blood flow better.

Wannabe some supplements can help blood flow, something like L-Arginine, but i think that all supplements without a proper “cardio workout” can’t do miracle
