The Modified Vac Extender comes with 2 sleeves (I actually got 3), but you only use them one at a time (I.e. The others are spares). Look at the instructional videos on their website, you will see how the apparatus works. Got mine on right now!

Thanks for sharing you experience with the vac ads. I have heard about this product for a few months now but never knew anything about it. Would you suggest it’s the comfiest holder so far on the market? Do you think you gained abit more due to wearing it longer/greater pull?

I tried to modify my noose last night by piercing through the noose with my gf hair clip so the thing won’t slip off. Failure :( ended up snapping the thing :S at least I have a spare.

I have only tried two apparatus, the typical noose penis extender and the vac extender. The vac extender is far, far superior to the typical noose grip - it is more comfortable, easier to use once it’s on, and you can apply about 100 times more pulling pressure.

No regrets whatsoever getting the vac extender.

Yeah man, the noose kept slipping off for me if I applied any kind of decent pressure. That’s terrible, I want to be able to apply as much as I want and the vac extender does that.

Quick question about the vac extender. Had a look on the video. Is it bulkier than the normal head piece? Not really wanting anything bulkier as I wear my extender at work and I don’t want to draw any attention.

Got a question about hanging and traction devices.

Are they slightly similar? I think they are in a way because you could apply pressure/weights to your penis.

The main reason I’m asking this is because I have heard that hanging can give you some good base girth gains and I am hoping that the traction device could do the same?

If that is true about base girth with hanging is it possible after I reach my length goal with the traction device I can then hang and receive base gains without gaining anymore length?

Yeah the Vac Extender is bulkier, I don’t wear mine at work, just around the house. I recommend you use an ADS at work, a lot more discrete.

I’m getting the VAC next week sometime. When you say the vac is bulkier, how much bulkier? I think if I want good/quick gains I will have to wear mine at work. I’m usually too busy after work hours n by the time I get home I could only stretch for a few hours which I find abit pointless plus I can’t exactly get comfy with my gf as she doesn’t know I have one and I want it kept a secret

Not a lot more, if you are wearing a typical extender now, I don’t think you’ll have issues with the Vac Extender. What kind of pants do you wear? I wear suit pants, so I couldn’t wear any kind of extender I don’t think, it would show.

I’m wearing a standard extender at work just now with the white plastic head piece that have 2 holes for the noose. I think I’m getting away with it (I think). I wear suit trousers too to go along with my suit jacket but my suit is a size up and is quite baggy for a suit. The trousers have extra room when I slip them down on the top of my hips and you can’t really my extender (I also keep a pack of 20 cigarettes in my pocket to mask the bulge abit.

I have a office job where I usually at my desk all the time so when I sit down I’m sorted for the day except when going to the bathroom or collecting from the printer. But unfortunately I am having more visits to the bathroom because my noose keep slipping off and I am worried someone is going to notice my frequent trips.

I think VADS is a go go now!
