I’ll read up on Isometrics. Did they really help you gain 2”?

My glans expanded with the girth and balanced my penis out this way. I didn’t gain any glans size especially. A reason behind that was that I didn’t want to gain much glans size, my glans size is now 15cm which makes blow jobs till possible for me :D

No I don’t use pics, due privacy reasons. Just roll the network cable tightly around your base and hold it tightly at both ends.

Well I am 18 and many people here say that younger guys gain easier, which is logical when you compare it to sports of bodybuilding. Younger guys make easier progress there too. But this shouldn’t hinder you, of course you can make my gains, it might take somewhat longer but with enough determination you will reach your goals, I am positive.

I really appreciate all the answers. Is it ok to PM you if I need help fast on something?.. I think I’m going to have to do less stretches, I’m not getting erections like I was 2 weeks ago when I’m jelqing.

You wouldn’t think that stretching your dick over a bottle would stress it that much but it’s for the most part the only thing different that I’m doing. It really seems to fatigue me. I’m getting like a burning pain at the base/ligs. It doesn’t bother me when I’m doing it but later in the day it gets me.

I’m going to stop doing stretch SW, SE and NW, NE. That will leave me with 5 stretches 60 sec’s plus Mem’s. I stopped doing Uli’s to for now. Any other suggestions or is my pain ok? When I say pain I don’t mean I can’t take it pain just uncomfortable pain.

Stretching over a bottle is new for me, never heard that before. It is a variation on v stretches but probably to big. Try using your wrist or a stick. This is less thick and will work better for you.

Soreness is OK, pain not. With soreness I mean when you had a good workout in the gym, with pain I mean anything worse than that.

Yea, it’s kind of like workout pain. Alot of it may also be that I have a ingrown hair at base, now that part is pain. The plastic bottle is only 2.50” wide dia (about same as width of beer can). I’m going to add some foam to it so my dick won’t get smashed as much. If it doesn’t get better I’ll try my wrist. For now I don’t want to deviate any more from Mem’s routine then I already have.

So you believe that Uli’s do work? I really need more head size. As you can see in my sig it’s only 1.437” wide. Not good compared to my shaft width 1.812”.

Very simple, I gained about even on every part of the penis. By doing this I remained my natural penis shape.

I believe that Ulis work, I had good experiences with them.

It is a good idea to let keep your head size smaller than the mid shaft and base. I did the same thing, 15cm at the glans, 17 mid shaft and 18 at base. By doing this I can still receive blow jobs fairly easily while I can give them much more sensation when fucking than with a equal girth at the base, mid shaft and the glans.

So what you mean is your head did grow but it stayed proportionate to the rest of your penis. Right?

What was your start measurement for glans and what now?

Yes my penis was always shaped like this. To change that aim for girth gains on the base and midshaft. Horses are able to do that and several hangers have reported base girth gains from hanging.

I don’t know my starting measurement of my glans, now it is 15cm.

My base was always bigger than midshaft and the glans but the differences became bigger due PE.

My dick is feeling better now that I dropped a few of the stretches I was doing. Plus the time I was taking to do them from 90secs to 60 secs. I guess it was too much.

I’d like to know if I should do Fowfers and light ADS type stretching on my 2 days off?

I’m also not sure if I’m stretching right. I do the ok grip right behind my head. Is that right? If I go an inch down from there I pull too much skin even though I pull skin down before grabbing. I’m circumcised BTW.

Don’t do ADS, I really doubt its effects. Aside from that the ADS is way to much trouble for the benefits it has. Only use it as a last option, not sooner.

You could do fowfers on your day off. I would recommend a complete rest for your dick but fowfers will not tire it out so much. Realise that fowfers are only for flaccid gains, not erect gains.

Yes pull just behind the glans, this is the ideal way to stretch.
