Are you sure that you’re doing everything right? Because if you are, that’s one very resistant dick you’ve got there.

Yeah man, I feel like my Johnson is made out of kevlar bands or something. I have been doing only manual stretching and jelqing
for nearly a year with no noticeable results, and I have seriously been wrenching with all my strength at some points. But my shoulders
get worn out before I even really feel a stretch.. and I’m not skinny, I actually took the title for being the undefeated arm wrestler
for my grade in high school. But just recently after reading Mem’s Massive Gain Mechanism, I stumbled upon a new routine, that after 2 weeks
I have found it to actually make me feel the work outs. It appears that I might have even made a gain in these last few weeks, but I won’t
measure until an entire month passes. Then if I gained, I will definitely post what I am doing.

Viking, you gotta switch you routine up if you aren’t seeing gains. Read up and completely change things. Hang. Pump. O-Bend. Squeeze. Use an ADS. But don’t do the same thing if it hasn’t been working for a year.


Start: 6.6bp x 4.875eg, 2006: 7.2bp x 5.00eg (5.5 base), 2009: 7.6bp x 5.25eg (6.0 base)

Yeah man your exactly right, that’s why I completely overhauled my routine about 2-3 weeks ago. I think I might have stumbled upon a real winner as well.

I’ll be sure to post my workout if my hopes of gaining are realized at the end of this month, cause I feel that this new insane routine might actually be working.

Big enough that I can’t walk properly.

Currently BPEL = 6.75”, EG = 4.6

End of 2010 goals = BPEL = 7.50, EG = 5.00001 “I just want to break 5 and would be happy as heck for anything over.

That is actually my all time goal 7.50+ x 5.01+. After that its icing on the cake. With starting at 5.875 x 4.3 I’m happy as hell just to be where I’m at lol.

I like the metric system, I am shooting for a gain 5mm in length and girth. If I gain more than 5mm of girth, I won’t complain.


Start (8/13/2009) - 15 cm BPEL, 11.5 cm MSEG

Now (3/15/2015) - 19 cm BPEL, 13.8 cm MSEG

3 Month Goal (ending 6/1/2015) - 19.2 cm BPEL, 14.2 cm MSEG

0.5 inch in Girth is my main goal for 2010, I will gladly take whatever length I get, but focus only on girth.

i need about 0.7” in length and I think I can make it with lot of stretching [I do mainly stretching in january and I feel it works]
