I am new to the forum and new to PE (Less than a pairs of weeks) (Anyway my girl have noted something) (She doesn’t have any knowledge of the exercises I do perform)
The gains are so small either, but noticeable in some way, perhaps health and aspect.
But for those who are gainers receive my BRAVO salutation!

Have gained over an inch in length and .35” in girth. Going for girth now.
*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

I am at about 7/8 of an inch after two months, and will probably be at an inch by November.
My starting stats are: BPEL 6” EG 5.25”
Current are: BPEL 6 7/8” EG 5.31”
Goal: BPEL 8” EG 6”
I am currently doing a light form of the newbie routine. Mostly stretching. I am going to focus on length, then worry about girth later.
I also post progress stats around the seventh or eighth of every month.
23 months of PE
Lenght: gained 2 inch BPEL Girth: gained 1 inch
Flacid length gained 1 inch
Flacid Stretch gained 2.5 inch
Current measurement: 7.125 BPEL, 5.375 girth
Goal: to gain .625 inch for girth and 1 inch for lenght.
I have to tell you that I am actually quite disheartened. I’ve been going full-blown now for over a year, and I haven’t gained ANYTHING except some more wrinkles on my penis. No length gain, no girth gain, although my flaccid length is about 1/4” longer, that has no bearing on my fully erect size. Had been jelqing for quite a while before I found Thunder’s, and only recently became a member. Followed the newbie routines, the more advanced routines, watched the videos to make sure my technique was right, and so on. Have been doing dry jelq, wet jelq, shower jelq, stretches, PC exercises, wrapping, warm-up and -down, and so on. I just wish I knew what I was doing wrong.

As you’ve discovered, PE can be a VERY frustrating process. Don’t give up hope. There are several guys here who went though long periods of no gains before finally finding something that worked for them. Myself included. Keep reading and experimenting. You’ll eventually find a way.
