What should I do
For a guy who can’t seem ta stay on a routine, I am basically starting over and committing myself to staying dedicated. I left off with homemade pumping, and I like it. Don’t know if I gained but I could see myself doing it again. Starting from scratch would it be better to just jelq and manual stretch, because I was thinking of a 10 minute stretch then 2 sets of 10 minute pumping and 50 jelques in between and try to stick to that routine for a while. I’m 23 about 6.7 nbp by 4.7 and 7 slightly bone pressed. Also know of any supplements to help my gains. Also I know I’m just 23 but I feel old am I?
