Using erection to test efficiency of length exercises...
Not sure if something like this has been asked before, and I’m too tired to do a search..
When you’re done with your length exercises, do any of you make yourselves erect right afterwards just for the hell of it?
Since I’ve been focusing on tunica stretches (I don’t hang yet), I obviously stretch straight out, stretch straight up, and sometimes I even pull all the way back against my waist/abs..all the way up to the naval.
Immediately following the stretches, I noticed that if I make my dick hard, the erection is much firmer (i.e., it feels “ROCK” hard instead of just “regular” hard). Also, instead of the erection angle just being straight up at its normal 11 or 12 o’clock position, it goes straight up and even back a little..as in closer to my waist… (more of a 1 or 2 o’clock angle).
What’s more, the erection appears to be a few cm longer. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not measuring or anything right after each stretching session.. I’m just looking at it and can tell that it’s a little bit closer to my naval than it would be in more normal circumstances.
It could just be my imagination, I’m not sure (though I hope it’s true, heh).
Of course, this apperance, where my dick looks slighty longer, is only temporary and fades away after a little while, but I’ve started using “these immediate post-PE erections” as a means of indicating whether or not I just performed a set of stretches efficiently enough.
You see, a few nights ago I was tired and didn’t want to do as much stretching, and I noticed that my erect length was not as close to my naval as it had been after a more intense/longer session the following nights.
I know these immediate erections aren’t a realistic means of tracking gains, but would they be good for indicating the effectiveness of a session?
Or is this just an absurd concept I’ve fooled myself into believing is true?
What’s more, this “slightly longer erection right after PE” finding has given me the idea of doing a session RIGHT before having sex with my girlfriend, so that my dick is at a slightly longer length (as well as firmer)..though I haven’t tried this yet for obvious reasons.
Oh and, while we’re on the topic of erections right after doing length exercises, what about the effects of getting an erection right after a PE session at any rate? Any benefits at all as far as length gains/blood flow or anything, or does it do nothing?
