Theraband Question...
Hi:
I just bought a roll of theraband. Unfortunately, I bought the extra-thin size and it takes way too much of it to wrap with. The store I bought it from stocks it in ultra-thin, thin, medium, and heavy sizes (widths). For those of you who use this stuff to wrap with, which is the optimal size to use. My guess is either medium or heavy, but I’d like to hear from some veterans out there before I spend any more money. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
