You only get out of PE what you contribute.

I think you will find that there is a direct correlation between those who read and add to the discussion, and those who get results from their PE.

People are motivated by different things. What motivates you?

When I began PE I was motivated by years of humiliation from a mercenary bitch who thought nothing of singing “funny” songs about big black dicks. Now I’m motivated to keep and grow the feeling I get from working my unit and knowing it keeps getting bigger and healthier, and that is an awesome feeling to walk around with.

I recently began hanging, and while this isn’t newbie exercise and not for everyone who does PE, it puts me right back into the excitement I felt when I got my first inch of length and I look forward to learning more about how hanging works and reading the results of those who stuck with hanging for long enough to get results.

And if you think this is easy for me, realise that I’ve had a plateau in growth that has lasted me for over a year with no additional length, and that the reason I keep going is that I know that I will discover what works for me as long as I don’t give up.


I understand what you are saying about being more involved. My encouragement is for self center. I feel that I have done almost everything else in my life that I am happy with(except make millions and millions of dollars hahaha) and have a decent sized rod. I have tried different types of routines and the only thing I have noticed a difference in is jelqing and using my extender. At the time when I could do this at my disposal was when I had free time. Unfortunately that time has come and gone and a new set of laws have been applied to my life where time is not at my finger tips.

I don’t get discourage by doing my routine I just get down about the fact that it hasn’t changed any. I have recently (for about two months now) been on a power trip about keeping my body as a whole healthy. I used to party and eat unhealthy a couple of years ago so I do blame that on my lack of gains. Now I work out and eat a lot better, cut down on the drinking and smoke only natural tobacco (American spirits or hooka) in the hopes that I will one day gain to my goals.

So are you recommending me try different methods? I don’t even know where to start.

That’s interesting, I’m bi too and I noticed something completely opposite. It seems like bigger cock is all guys think/talk about. I’m not saying women don’t want big ones too, they definitely do. Search through the archives for different exercises, and look to up your intensity when doing the ones you are currently doing.

I don’t know how intensely you go about your PE, but sometimes a little more force or duration is required over time, though I am not the best one to talk to regarding lack of results as I’ve had little growth myself this last year or so.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Reading up on this thread I’m reasonably lucky. I have a decent starting size but like sta-kool said, even if I don’t need it, a bigger dick will definitely be fun. I’m thinking for me and my wife. I’d love to be able to fill her up more, make her moan more, etc etc. Then there’s the bonus of having a bigger flaccid penis. If everyone ran around in the gym shower with boners, well that might be a gay gym but saying that it wasn’t, most guys would look a little more equal. But when it’s flaccid and hanging low, then you can really be proud and not worry about what anyone thinks, because they’re all thinking, “he’s got a bigger dick than me soft so it must be bigger hard”. From what I can tell, you stand to gain much more on your flaccid length via PE, comparatively less on your erect length but still gain.

My dick actually laughed at me yesterday when I started hanging again. Then he looked at me with rebellion in his eyes. His cigarette was hanging in the corner of his mouth and his crooked smile made me realize that I was up for a tough fight even before he spoke. He said:
