Hello I know many members here have a vast array of knowledge and experience so id like to ask this. What factor does stretch time have on gains etc in terms of how long you hold each stretch for. I personally have used stretches in the 3- 5minutes each zone. I therefore only do a total of 5 or 6 stretches or so but for much longer duration then many of the posters here use. I have been pe since the beggining of July and have went from around 6.3 bpel to 7.2 bpel or so. So I guess I been doing pretty well, not sure if it’s from my stretching style or natural. So what do you all feel regarding the time of stretches and pros and cons of diff styles.
