The more I think know about PE the more I realize
How much I don’t. I noticed that my ligs are
Connected more toward the top of the shaft.
Question is does this mean that I should work hard
On those ligs to pull out more length or is this the
Way everyone is? Also is there a relationship between
Angle of erection and length. Mine is about 12 o’clock
And has the shape of a banana (good for the g-spot though)
But a lot of guys have a lower angle, which to me sounds like
there ligs are looser therefore may hang lower and more of the
inner penis is visible.

I’ve tried the lig test and I feel a slight pull all the way
But drops off considerably after 8-9 o’clock. This should
Mean my ligs are good but I thought the lig were a attached
Directly to the PC, which is why, we pre-exhaust them before
Stretching. Just a thought, can anyone clear this up?

Yes, you should work hard on the ligs. You have great potential. No, everyone is not this way.

I have not found a lot of correlation between EA and anything. For big gainers, there is a little negative correlation between gains and EA, but it is not very significant.

No, the ligs are not attached to the PC, but rather to the tunica, or shaft. Depending on the angle of stretch, the ligs can interrupt the flex of the PC. The reason for “pre-exhausting” the ligs or kegals and reverse kegals is for the benefit of applying stress to the tunica.

This is a little tough to understand, but for a given angle, when you kegal, you are more likely to put stress on the tunica, and when you reverse kegal, pushing out on the tunica, you are more likely to place more stress on the ligs. All of the above depends on the individual LOT, etc.

Thanks for the reply. So you are saying I have good potenial because my lig are attach more toward the top of the shaft? If so thats cool, but why is that? I’m at 6.5 bp now, girth not so good at 4.5 mid shaft 5 at the bottom. Would you say 20 reps at 10 sec each, working a downward angle is a good stretching routine? I usally do this once mid day + a couple dry jelq to get some bood in there for healing. Then latter I do the stretching, jelq (around 200) and some sqeezes. I haven’t taken off any days for a while, really want to hit 7 x 5 as soon as I can. As always thanks for the help and time.

No, what you are saying and your goals do not match up. A few minutes of stretching might be ok to start out, but it will probably not get you to “7x5 as fast as you can”.

OK So what would you or anyone else who would like to reply change. Here is my routine in more detail. I know everyone is different this is much like bodybuilding but I dont want to rewrite the book just looking for the best routine to hit my short term goals for my experience.

AM 20 stretches different angles 10 seconds each(most downward for ligs)
20 - 50 dry jelq (this is at work just to get a pump)

PM 20 stretches diffent angles 10 seconds each (5-7 days a week)
50 jelq then 2 squeeze @ 10 (horses, ULI, etc)
I do this 4 - 5 times depending on pump

The main thing I’ve noticed so far is flaccid growth. My flaccid girth is catching up to my erect girth. Go figure!
