Tried your routine today. Went pretty well. I have a question about the squatting with stretches where you reach behind and pull to one side then the other. Should I feel a burning in the skin on the shaft during this stretch? That seemed to be my only real concern. The skin was very tender afterwards but the internal stuff felt great. I put some lotion on to cool the burning along the sides of the shaft and that helped (ended up climaxing though- gee darn!).

Sorry to ask another annoying question but here goes.

You mentioned that your wifey watched you shave. I am very hairy and would like to reduce the amount of hair around my dick. Do you regularly shave or is this a new thing? My wife may wonder and ask too many questions. I would like to trim the hair above the my dick- leave a “mustache” look and shave the rest as close as possible but leave a thin layer. Like I said I am very hairy, all over, and it would look really odd to have a hairy chest, stomach, and legs have a smooth package. Here is the problem for me. You trim the pubic hair and shave then you feel like you shorts are full of needles, especially after doing the intense stretches and the skin is tender already. Because I never expected PE to work I never took a beginning pic. As I noticed measurable results I always thought to take pictures but simply did not.

I am using the same wooden ruler I started with about a year and a half ago. Sitting at my desk watching porn I always measure the same exact way. In the beginning I could barely muster 5.75” bpel… when I gained 1/8” I thought it was a fluke… ¼”… still a fluke… now 1.25” longer I really do wish I took some pics along the way to show proof.

But I did not.
