Question for all vets and big gainers concerning decon

I’ve been coming to the conclusion that the greatest gains are seen in the newbie phase of the program. After 5 months of PE gains are hard to come by and you need more decon breaks. I’m curious as to how long your break has been and how much you gained after your break. I’d like to break this up into people who took 2 weeks off, 4 weeks off, 6 weeks off and 2 months off. I think the length of decon may have a large influence on how much you gain.

I’ll get it started.

Recently I have tried 12 days and 7 days off with about a month of PE before each one.

I got a measurable gain after the 12 days off, nothing with the 7 days. These decons were after at least 5 months of PE, I know I am past the newbie gains stage.

My workout is moderate amounts of jelqing, 100-200.

I’ve been at PE about 7 months.

Sept. 4, '07: BPEL 6.875 inches, EG widest 5.25

Goal: Double digits

I have had ‘decon breaks’, i.e. I quit PE altogether, of approximately one year, and later, six months. My impression from both times is that my penis responded very readily to PE, very much like it had when I was a Newbie. I would encourage everyone to take an extended break every so often - it also helps to remind us that there is more to life than our dicks. As for loosing gains, I lost about 2/3 of my length gains during my first holiday, but none of my gains during my second holiday.

I gained close to an inch in length and 1/4” in girth after a year of PE. I quit/deconned for 8 months, came back in December doing a VERY light routine.

I have been building up over last 5 months and have yet to gain jack sh*t.

On a side note, I am still not doing as much NOW as I was then. Gonna keep ramping up in hopes of a gain.
