You read my mind ESPN. That’s what I am going for these days. With a lenient dose of IR heat. I see the positive indicators but let’s see. I wouldn’t wanna get excited till I see some solid gains. Last time I felt the chord fatigue but when it healed it was back to it’s crack whore stubborn self. This time, when the tears heal I wanna see some gains man! So I keep the fatigued chord extended long hours as a result using ADS to have it heal extended as far as can be helped. No ANS for my warrior. Keep you guys posted.

Not knowing much when I started PE, I pulled on my dick and found the it only stretched out so far and stopped. I found “the chord”. I found that erect it was a bit shorter than soft and decided that it was not going to get longer unless something was stretched. So I have been doing variations of manual stretching ever since. It took and long time and it worked and continues to work. I can now pull 9” BPFSL. Never did any weights so I have no idea about that.


When young I was about bpel 6x5 by 2002 size had shrunk down to bpel 5.5x4.8 with age, had to do something!

09/10 bpel 8.4, eg 5.8 midshaft (6.3 base) Goal- 9x6.2 average eg.

My limiting factor is that we have common ancestors with apes. I would have loved if we were cousins with horses, dogs or at least donkeys.

Much of what makes us special, at least in our own eyes is product of gradual purposeless evolution. On the other hand we have have a whole relicgion based on a woman who really stuck to her story!

As unfair as it seems, it might just be a percentage thing. Which means, the bigger the dick, the more you can gain.

If this is the taught band on the top of the penis. Then Yes. Doesn’t this give the “upward curve”.

I have a sideways curve and I can feel a tough cord on the shorter side (left). I know others have sideways and downward curves, so I would ask whether buck’s fascia only causes upward curves, or whether my curve can be attributed to a similar structure.

I would like to hear from some of you who have gotten results of .5 to 1 inch of BPEL growth that have the cord structure. I’m in need of some encouragement here as it seems slow go. Can anyone post techniques and stats (and a “keep at it man, it worked for me!) :)

What kind of heat is good to apply during hanging/stretching to target the cord? IR lamp?

When I started to PE on 2009, I had that cord. Now I don’t feel it so often or it’s not so tight anymore.

2009 BPEL 15.5cm (6.1”)
2010 BPEL 17cm (6.7”)
2011 BPEL 19cm (7.5”)

It takes about six month to get any result and I use all known techniques, about 5 days a week and few hours on a day.. Best results came for hanging heavy 2kg (4.4 lb) weight.. And Do-It-Yourself motorised vacuum pump same time when clamping. Try at your own risk!

Encouraging and impressive rnox. Thanks for sharing the progress. I have gone from 7 1/4 to 7 3/4 by also using all known techniques. I tried hanging only for a short few weeks as it was hard to do in privacy and hurt like the dickens.
