Perception of penis size in relation to body weight

12

Our bodies aren’t designed for continuous high stress, or continuous semi-low stress. We’re built for lazy times and sudden spurts, or extended semi-decent stress with longer recuperation periods. If you have a high-stress job, then you really need to learn how to relax in your off time, not stress away to train and then rush home in time to grab a bite and catch some sleep…

Loosing weight will probably not hurt, but cardio and relaxation (i.e. “taking care of yourself”) would be my first start.

Taped onto the dashboard of a car at a junkyard, I once found the following: "Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement." The car was crashed.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains

Take it easy, but get into a routine. I’m off to the gym myself, I’m 17 Stone 6’ I am about 8” + 6.5-7 Grith, but there is a member with about the same (drilla9 I think) and compared to how I look in the mirror, he looks like he dwarfs me ! But he is slight in build. I’ve noticed that the more stressed I get the more it wants to shrink away. I got a pump and I find that it helps me swell up.

Good luck, but don’t get hung up, nothings quick for good results

I’m hoping there is some fat to lose also! You may have gotten down to 155 before, however, you said you were sick. That’s a whole different scenario. Another problem is if you lose all that muscle, your body will become more efficient so your calorie consumption better be reduced permanently or you will pack on the fat.

As far as the penis looking bigger, of course it would look a little bigger. If a 3 year old stole my dick and wore it, that sucker would be hung! :)

That’s just wrong.

That’s so wrong all the jokes you could make about it are wrong.

Before: I'd like to show you something I'm very proud of, but you'll have to move real close.

After: I\'d like to show you something I\'m very proud of, but you guys in the front row will have to stand back.

God gave men both a penis and a brain, but unfortunately not enough blood supply to run both at the same time. - Robin Williams (:

I agree, it’s totally wrong. I mean could you imagine a 3 year old stealing? In this day and age, it may not surprise me too much.

Gut, why did you have to take that one further ? Your comment was miss judged, and for those who have been abused it makes sick to the stomach.

Keep those type of comments to yourself.

If I am not mistaken drilla is also in the UK. With sizes like that, I gotta ask…What is in the water over in Britain???

:-k

Listen, my point is that if somebody small had a penis my size, it would actually look big. It was sort of a crack at myself. No where in my post did I mention anything about child molestation or abuse! Maybe I should have used the word midget as it would explain my point in a similar way. Who knows, then I would offend another group of hyper-sensitive people. :morose:

It sounds like what you are going for is for it to look bigger, am I correct? And losing a little weight would for sure do that in my opinion.

Exactly. Hell, I thought it was funny.

My Before and After pics -- .5" gain...

Medical Care: Consider lifestyle modifications. As the cardiovascular disease risk factors are assessed in individuals with hypertension, pay attention to the lifestyles that favorably affect blood pressure level and reduce overall cardiovascular disease risk. A relatively small reduction in blood pressure may affect the incidence of cardiovascular disease on a population basis. A decrease in blood pressure of 2 mm Hg reduces the risk of stroke by 15% and the risk of coronary artery disease by 6% in a given population.

JNC VII recommendations to lower blood pressure and decrease cardiovascular disease risk include the following:

* Lose weight if overweight.

* Limit alcohol intake to no more than 1 oz (30 mL) of ethanol (ie, 24 oz [720 mL] of beer, 10 oz [300 mL] of wine, 2 oz [60 mL] of 100-proof whiskey) per day or 0.5 (15 mL) ethanol per day for women and people of lighter weight.

* Increase aerobic activity (30-45 min most days of the week).

* Reduce sodium intake to no more than 100 mmol/d (2.4 g sodium or 6 g sodium chloride).

* Maintain adequate intake of dietary potassium (approximately 90 mmol/d).

* Maintain adequate intake of dietary calcium and magnesium for general health.

* Stop smoking and reduce intake of dietary saturated fat and cholesterol for overall cardiovascular health.
