Newish member here and thought I would pop my cherry and post. I’m probably older than most here (late 50’s) but still frisky. I read an article two years ago regarding jelqing, stretching and kegels to gain length, girth and general penis health. Didn’t believe any of it except for the health part. I had what I (and others) considered a nice dick, 6” x 5” erect and about 3.5” flacid. My problem was that the skin on my shaft was so tight that it almost hurt when erect and appeared very thin.

So in my logical mind I figured that jelqing and stretching might help the skin become more pliable and more comfortable, I began the exercises in earnest. I started slow doing minor stretches and maybe 200 jelqs each day using a light coating of baby oil and a bit of Curel lotion. Within a month or so I progressed to 600 jelqs each day, always in the morning after a hot shower. I went through the red spots and worries about injuries but all that passed easily. I continued the exercises for 9 months straight then stopped for 3 months, then continued for the next year.

Well, I can tell you that this worked like a charm. The skin seemed to loosen up slightly and became a little thicker and more pliable. I was very happy with the results and the comfortable erections. There were some side effects of these exercises, I have gained over 2 inches in length and over 1 inch in girth. I now have an 8” x 6” erect and 5.5” flacid dick. Flacid stretch gets to 8.5”. I have never pumped or hung weights or anything other than what is mentioned above.

Two years ago I would not have believed this to be possible. So I guess the moral of the story is; Never too old to learn new tricks. Hopefully this will encourage some of you to hang in there….it does work.

You are by no means the oldest guy here. Bib is about 75. OK Thunder is in his 20’s but so what, does age matter? The older I get the less I worry about it. Luvdadus is another old guy he’s at least 82 and Twateaser is in his 50’s now, you’re in good company.

Most of the girth and about half of the length gains came in the first year. I don’t have a goal now or even when I started this because I didn’t believe there wouild be any gains and if there aren’t anymore gains forthcoming that would be fine.

I don’t take any days off and one thing I didn’t mention is that during the day when I go to the bathroom I do a few stretches and usually get a pop and also some minor dry jelqs. Probably like 6 times a day.

I’m happy with things the way they are now but will continue with these exercises, I believe it is healthy.

I jelq at about 60% erect or so as I can pretty much control it now. In the beginning I kept getting solid erections. I don’t have pics or a camera but xmas is coming so maybe I will get one.

Welcome to thunders! Great gains did you do anything besides jelqing and what kind of jelqing did you do, you know like fully erect or at 70% and did you jelq with a lube or dry? I’m just curious because sometimes I think that plain old jelqing is the best exercise there is and we have lost sight of that with all these new exercises.

This is the kind of simple inspiring story I need! Shortly after I got my inch (plus) and started the original Tom Hubbard web site to show others how to make a miserable little hangman’s noose out of latex tube to twist and strangle their cocks (but hey, I saved them $150, and if your penis didn’t lose its head to gangrene, it got longer), I discovered jelqing and thought (not the first time): this is IT. But the siren call of latex and polyvinylchloride and inventing widgetry lured me, and on and on.

Since then I’ve started again several times, but haven’t persisted. I think back of my mind is the thought that what I’m doing isn’t healthy: I went from average hard and small locker room to above-average hard and definitely-OK locker room; my ‘plateau’ was set in my mind once I’d gotten results. Something in my head said going for more was sort of sick.

Do you jelq forcefully? The reason I ask is that I guess many people here, and myself included are trying to kill our dicks instead of making them grow. I’ve been PE’ing for 11 months, with some injury- breaks, and I haven’t gained much girth at all(I have gained 0.6” length, though). I’ve been doing jelqs, squeezes, ULI’s etc. My erections have been weaker, I’ve had injuries..

Maybe less is more, In terms of force applied? I’ve been using much force, and looking back, I guess far too much force. I get a good pump, but my dick has been worn out, even with a 5 days a week schedule.

Lately I’ve mainly been pumping and doing manual work between the sets, which I’ll continue to do.
