Hi, I am new to this whole PE thing and also to this forum (by the way - what a great thing, i’m so glad i didn’t send any money to a site now, i know some of them must be good but how do you separate good from bad?). Anyway - When i have finished my PE routine my meatus (i hope this is the right word- I’m talking about the opening to my urethra) is swollen for a while afterwards - taking on the appearance of small lips almost. This always goes away after a while. Is this normal or am i on the way to screwing myself up? Cheers for any replies, keep on growing…..

Doesn’t sound bad, maybe you’re just seeing the effects of engorgement after your routine. If it goes away soon after and there’s no pain or numbness then chances are it’s nothing to be concerned about. It may just be a fluid build up. What’s your routine? Remember to take things easy to start with - don’t push (or pull!) it too hard!

Thanks - I’ll assume everything is ok. Like i say i am new to this whole pe thing (less than a week now) but i am more excited by the possibilities every day! I aim to give myself something money can’t buy for christmas - 8” x 6.5”. Thats 2” in length and 1” in girth. Man i wish i had known about this stuff sooner! My routine (as i have so far worked out) is hot wrap (5-10 mins) around 200 jelqs for 2-3 seconds each some ulis (not many, i’m working up to it) kegels (100 short with a few long (5-10 seconds)) then massage and hot wrap again. I have also just constructed a bib hanger which i plan to start using straight away.
nb I work out 2 days on then a rest day.

I hope to live up to this nickname real soon!!!

That’s excellent!

Set yourself some small goals too (6.25”, 6.5” etc) that will help keep you motivated and if you’ve got the opportunity take some pics to monitor your progress - you’ll be glad you did when you’re growing - they’re great motivation. One of the big keys to success in this is perseverance, so if you keep at it you’ve got every chance of achieving your BIG goal!

Take it nice and easy and don’t get too get carried away (I know it’s difficult!) especially with the uli’s - they’re an advanced exersize. :jelq:

Hey bigj I really didn’t know what you meant so last night after jelqing and squeezing I looked and sure enough my dick looked like it had little tiny lips, so I guess it’s normal

Thanks Dino - Its always good to know I’m not on the way to doing damage! I tried out my bib hanger last night, its rudimentary but it works well! Rest day today so i am sitting here sore and tired but happy.
