have tried stretches

I HAVE BEEN trying stretches but was wondering how much is too much. i am currently doing dld a with twist 60 to a set 3 times a day. i am also getting a chance to do a lot of sitting on end of it because of my job. i am sat down for 6-8 hrs a day. would half hr on half off be any use or would it be counter productive. ps am also doing coke can exercise and dual fulcrum

If you can handle it and it does not cause you pain other than standard PE soreness I would not worry about stretching too much.
