Thanks for all the replys guys. I really just want to gain more length.. im fairly sure I am thicker than any guy she’s ever been with (she hurt pretty bad for the first couple times), but the length is what I am lacking! So I’ll take your advice and keep PEing. I am mainly going to focus on stretching and wet jelqs, but nothing too extreme because I don’t think I really am conditioned enough yet for anything much past the newbie routine.

About losing the fat pad. You can lift as many weights and eat the right foods as much as you want, and do 200 situps a day and still see nothing. But if you add jogging into your routine along with lifting weights and doing 200 situps a day I guarantee you the fat pad will start to burn off. Try running 1 mile every other day, and after 2 weeks it will slowly but surely go away. Then move up as your heart gets used to the exercise.

You have some girth which is what a lot of girls find important. If your girl don’t like it, find a new one.

Also for burning off the fat pad, I think sprints are the best thing to do for that. When you work out your body, your body adjusts depending on how you are working it. If you do some sprinting, your body will grow bigger muscles and burn the fat off. If you jog, your body will build up your cardiovascular system more than anything. I’ve been going to the gym for more than 5 years and I see the same people on the tread mills, day after day and their bodies stay the same. Then you look at someone who plays soccer or does track, it’s a lot different.
