New manual technique?

Maybe this is done before, haven’t seen or heard of it on the threads. Please chime in with a link if it has been mentioned before.

I lie down on my bed and cross my legs with my knees bent. I then raise my ass (pelvis up) and tense up a bit in that area. Without using hands it seems to engorge my unit while giving it a fowfer style stretch at the same time. Also using a cockring it doubles the pressure and cause a good amount of expansion.

Easy to do, what do you brothers think? Useful? Useless?
