I just wanted to bump the thread for the mrorange technique from the 1st post, as I think it is golden!
A little bit off topic, but, recently I got back into taekwondo. While doing all those stretches, I realized that the same approach can be applied to PE and that that’s exactly what mrorange was talking about. If you think about it, all our muscles, tendons, ligaments and the chambers in the penis.. They all have a collagen structure! And so, inspired by the stretches in taekwondo, I began applying the same principle to PE.
I stretch my penis(using the mrorange technique/ plumped bends) to the point where I can feel a definite expansion and then hold it for 20 seconds. I do it all around the shaft and then repeat it all once more.
So, pretty much, I’m applying a similar mindset from stretching the muscles and ligaments in taekwondo to stretching the penile tissues in PE.

P.S. I also warm up quite considerably and do some manual stretching and jelqing beforehand.

Why didn’t I see this before!

I havent’ read it all.

Well it is a thread about orange bends. You clamp the base of your penis with one hand and bend the penis with the other using at first an ok grip above the clamp, adding one more finger at a time to work the whole shaft as you bend, cause you know, you bend in another spot like this. Erection should be about 10-20% almost flaccid and it is supposed to be a miraculous exercise.

Then for a few pages there are people asking iformations about the exact way of doing it, after that people try it and find it very intense and good, then people offer modifications on it, some ask again about how this can be done and what results did they achieve nad after that the thread goes to hell and prety much everybody is talking about anything, they can think of, going back and forth to the threads topic.

FYI I have tried orange bends and I find them a good exercise for girth and for preparing the penis for jelqing as it always makes the whole penis more pilable. It is not a miracle, it is just a good exercise in my opinion, similar to ulis but maybe a bit more effective.

In my opinion the heart of this thread is in Mrorange’s words more than in orange bends technique, but is only my point of view. Words like these:

“So guys my advice is don’t give up hope as you will find the technique, that suits you, try and try, concentrate on the job in your hand and be logical and methodical. Don’t do your exercises, go through the motions and hope for gains like I did for a year…. specialize and personalise.”

In fact in his second post he said:

“I wouldnt say I have found the holy grail I have just found my own key to unlock what suits me and I now you guys will find yours by reading all the forum info, trying testing improving tweaking and finding your own method.”

My 2 cents.

Mrorange claimed a 1,5” girthgain in just 10 sessions without any pictures to prove it. Ok, it is a good exercise but to me those gains are total BS. It can’t be done IMO. It’s pretty fun how so many members buy everything that is written here. At the end of the day it’s just an internet forum (still a great one) where people can claim anything and pretending to be who ever they want.

Thanks for the summary I found that very helpful, I think I have done Orange bends before without even realising it. When jelqing and erection becomes to strong or I feel like I may come I push down on head/ shaft with palm of hand and kegel at same time to make erection subside sometimes this results in a bend in the penis after about 30secs then I grab the base.

So yes Orange bends will start getting incorporated into my routine shortly.

It is just a good exercise. Helps girth a lot.
