Ok, everyone’s done this, my question is serious though: Because jelking is the pulling motion, wouldnt masturbation whether you lubricate or not be detrimental to increasing size?? I mean to say that normally the way people masturbate is going down the shaft, the exact opposite motion of jelking…

So in effect, would you not be compressing your ligaments in the same manner? Right now i’m a medical student, however, i came across this site and was very interested to see how you all have managed to increase penis size more “naturally” as compared to surgery. Surprisingly, this site is the only one i’ve found that people actually talk and discuss their own methods as opposed to trying to sell a product, which definately is a good thing. Anyway, i just wanted to tell you all that Stuff like this does work, however, i’d also like to point out a few things that you all may not have worked on before:

Regular Cardiac Exercise: Improves bloodflow better than anything everyone is doing. Basically, you clean the arteries out of all “clogs” ie blood clots and cholesterol, and you get more bloodflow to the penis than normal.

Hip flexor exercises on a machine most definately would help strengthen the PC muscle, probably more so than kegal exercises because you’re pulling in a heavier weight than your body weight, thus increasing the size of the PC muscle over time with a proper diet.

Removing the fat layer in the lower abdominal layer and doing leg raises would also help (lower abdominal exercises). Basically, i’m trying to say that strengthening the muscles around the penis translates into bigger arteries and veins in that region= more bloodflow to the penis area.

But i’m getting off topic, what do you all think of masturbation then in the same light as PE. IE: a guy who masturbates 1ce a day, for an average of say 30mins to 1 hour, wouldnt they lose size due to the compression of ligaments in the penis area using the same logic as PE?

I don’t know about you but I usually do not masturbate like that. I go both directions. And definitely not with much force applied. I don’t think masturbating without that kind of force could be detrimental.

When doing something like jelqing you are trying to apply some force and push blood through the CC and CS.

These are all very good ideas. When increasing the size of your penis you also have to increase blood flow to the area. Exercise is a superb way of doing that, especially in this area. Now I have to add a couple of more exercises to my routine. :)

Regarding your main question: From what I understand, compressing stretched tissue would not shorten it at all. If you compress a bungee chord, it will not lose it’s stretching capability. Nor does compressive work like chest presses interfere with the stretching of the pectoral muscles. To the opposite, the stretching and the compressive components will grow stronger and more massive tissue overall. But since we are very caution in transfering muscle related facts to penile structure I think the bungee scenario is even more valuable ;)

Anecdotal I can say: Last time I looked at porn I decided to jelq outwards while doing this. And I kept this motion even when I felt the urge to cum, it was a bit unusual and my dick needed some time to accept this as stimulation, but since the flic was good enough I came that way. I’m sure there is no standard masturbation practice. I normally go away from the body, and never considered the alternative. To each, his own.

I can’t imagine masturbation ever leading to diminished size. On the contrary, I read some time back about men in psych wards or early prisons who were chronic masturbators - and as a result were bigger than normal. Of course they were also crazy. Maybe this is just one of those legends that goes back 100 years or more. It’s certainly not scientific, and I’ve got no citations.

Still, increased blood flow has got to help size no matter what.

In my case, since starting PE I find that I often/regularly use erect dry jelquing as my main stroke when masturbating. Haven’t gained much length this way, but I have gotten an additional 1/2” girth. I think that most of it is attributable to this.

So, the real question is if there is a way (in addition to dedicated workouts) to adjust a person’s masturbation to yield additional PE gains? The answer is almost certainly yes. The only thing I would be concerned about is that this could inadvertantly lead to a person building more girth than they really want, just because of using a given stroke out of habit.

especially considering that there are more than a few methods guys use and I might even venture to say that some methods of masturbation might actually increase size.

I believe that vigorous masturbation can be detrimental to the hardness of your erections, but not the size. In fact, I believe the vigorous jerking I used to do helped increase my girth. But the problem is that if you jerk forcefully, you’re not only doing a modified dry jelq, but also a reverse jelq. In other words, you’re forcing blood out of the penis also, towards the body. This practice will enhance your penile drainage system, I believe, hurting your erections.

Remember, an erection is merely the surplus of blood from circulation (more blood coming to penis than leaving it) - it is not truly the stagnant trapping of blood. So, develop the out-flow and you’ll be diminishing the hardness of your boners (it happened to me - at a rather young age, also).
