Thanks for the help you have given me in the past. I don’t even know how many times I have read the collected wisdom thread.
I know you are a doctor, and odds are you think the atkins diet is unhealthy. I have been on it for three months and working out 30-40 minutes, 3-4 times a week. I have gone from an average weight of 196 to one of 175. I believe it could have been more, but there seems to be a couple of times each week where, in a moment of weakness, I just can’t resist eating a cheeseburger with the bun.
Congratulations on the gains and thanks again for all the times you helped me in a medical related way….
It’ll be sad to see less of you but as long as you peruse the boards every so often….

I have gained 2” length and 0.625” in girth.
Very impressive gains, luv. That 2” EL, above the old size of my youth (6.5”), would be me right at my goals. So, I’m hoping to basically get 1 more inch EL myself. But if you decide to go for the girth, try wrapping with velcro, or do a lot of holds - I’ll bet you could get another 1/2” at least, without too much trouble. Hope you’ll get us updated with any great info, like in the past, and don’t forget about us tuggers & stretchers, trying to reach our own goals. Take care, - wad
