This is supposed to gain you a something of an inch in 1-2 months. I reccommend 1-2 months of consistent crossdick jelqing routine followed by this guys routing possibly sdtill using the crossdick workout format. Inches!

First off, anything that claims an inch gain in 1-2 months should set off your BS detector. But hey, believe whatever you want.

But don’t recommend any kind of non-newbie routine training method that you are just now experimenting with to other n00bs! Especially not if you believe the above 1” in 1-2 months BS.

Oh yeah I don’t reccommend this to noobs. But I remember doing horse squeezes almost right away, I am a strong guy I workout all the time and I have jacked forearms. I can hang by 1 hand to the monkey bars for a bit anyways the horse squeezes didnt blow my dick up, doing 300 jelqs didnt blow my dik, it stopped working but it came back.

Sounds like the kind of crazy-dumb things we were all experimenting with back in the day before we knew any better. Lots of injuries but every now and then a guy would stumble onto something. Try not to break you wee-wee and please do keep us up to date and how well it works for you.

But do keep in mind that this is high risk PE and will result in broken-dick for many of the guys if they give it a go, no matter what your results are.

Seriously, that is something I already practice and have been using in my own routines and experimenting with for over a year. I haven’t posted anything yet just to make sure it works on me more than once. So far I’ve had to tone it WAY down, but the result has been the same with close routines twice now… About a quarter inch of girth in a section in about 12 weeks give or take. So I think it will be safe to pass on now and share the wealth. I know I’ve promised this in the past but I had to go back a few times and make changes so I could heal faster.

What few guys realize is that pe has a lot of similarities with bodybuilding, not in hypertrophy but with hormones and resting periods. Most of my routines focus on sets and reps just like in bodybuilding but with a few twists no one has ever thought of. And by twists I mean no hundreds and hundreds of wet jelqs or cookie cutter warm-up/stretch/jelq/keqel/warm-down routines. I hate endless wet jelqs and found a few better ways to get the job done with less wear and tear on my hands.

I can’t go over all these details because I am tossing around the idea of writing an ebook in the future and selling it online. So I have to keep some of my secrets after all (Don’t worry Thunder I won’t try to advertise her under any circumstances or start problems with you). Although, I CAN give away the method behind the madness and the structure for some kickass girth and head girth routines that can be done in the time it takes most guys to get through half their routines, and the best part is you can add these to your wet jelq, pump, or clamp routines with little or no alterations.

Side note: I am also working to find ways to get similar results as chemical pe, but 100% natural. This one will definitely take me some time to research but worth it none the less.

No doubt it would be a fairly good girth exercise - just as all the “components” are, individually - but I don’t see how any length would come of it.

I’m here for self esteem and mostly to provide the best sexual experience for my wife possible. I already do that in many other ways, the only area I might some up short is the size and now doing something about that now. I’ve told her and while she reassured me we’ve got no problem in that area and isn’t protesting or telling me I’m wasting my time.

Read it, my interpretation is:

1) gains are massively exaggerated because it’s a very manual intensive routine and the guy felt he should ‘big up’ his own method
2) The language used is very unscientific, childish and reminds me of high school kids trying to out do each other.

As a conclusion it’s probably quite effective (perhaps more so than clamping) but because it’s a VERY manually intensive routine I would never try it. It’s also hard to measure the squeezes, etc. So it’s hard to increase the force.
