I attribute my premature ejaculation to kegels. I’m trying to get rid of my body’s natural reaction to kegel everytime my glans is stimulated.
Contraction of the bulbocavernosus (BC) muscles is only the last part of the ejaculation process. Premature ejaculation is a strange beast and has many interacting parts. Trying to control one aspect of it may be helpful, but I’m thinking that having a well exercised or stronger BC wouldn’t necessarily make you ejaculate too soon. Keep looking for other things that might contribute.

I wish it was something else, and still hope it is. But one time while masturbating, I noticed that everytime I would stimulate my glans, my BC would automatically contract, no matter what I tried to do (even reverse kegel during the stimulation).
Messed up part was, I discovered a few years ago that constant contraction of the BC during sex caused me to reach climax faster, which was a great aid during quickies etc. Now my body does it no matter what, and it coincided with my premature ejaculation problem. Trying to figure out a way to reverse this.
yeah I had the same problem as you have deeznuts, with autokeggeling. And I think it depends of overtrained PC muscle or something. A few month ago it was really really bad for me. I even came before the intercourse started sometimes. So I laid down the kegels totoally and now it is much better. Can hold for 5-10 minutes if she is on top, and maybe 1-3 minutes in other positions… still not good, but waaay better then before. And much of this success probably depends on the Masters & Johnson-training me and my GF have done. But I still notice the automatic kegeling though, but I can avoid them by doing everything slower.
My advice to you would be to rest and rest some more from the double-edged keggels..
That’s the problem … I don’t even excercise my BC! The habit developed from using it when I needed to cum fast, whether masturbating or with my girl.
Now my body does it anytime my glans is stimulated. I’m going to shake this thing somehow!
I think BC exercise will actually help you to hold in your orgasm. When you feel yourself approaching orgasm stop the stimulation and squeeze the BC muscle to keep from ejaculating.
