I also didn’t count .I just go with time .I do 30 minute a day ..

I think it must be do under 80% erection.you will see good result .

My method is simple, I count to ten, ten times with one hand, and then ten to ten ten times with the other hand, and do this twice (for a total of 400).

When I first started, my wrists would hurt and I would have to alternate at the 50 mark, but you get the general idea.

I figure reps is better than time, because you’re getting a consistent workout, this could also prove useful in the future if the gains really do start to show (and so far I’ve been getting a lot better erections, but haven’t measured or anything yet). Going by time could mean on a tired day, you do half the workout you might want. Going by reps forces you to reach your goal.

Well, that is if you believe it is the rep count that is important. I am more in the believe that it is the actual time you jelq that is giving the effect. And believing in that, it is better measuring time because on a bad day you may do your jelqs a bit too fast and end up with only half the wanted time!

I count reps. And sometimes it goes faster, sometimes it goes slower. It doesn’t mean, however, that I will only do 200 jelqs a session - I’ll do till I feel tired or worked-out. So, what’s the point of counting, you ask. No point really, just keeping myself from falling asleep, I guess :)

I stopped counting reps after the first few weeks and just focused on time and how my penis responded. As long as I could keep a 30% to 50% erection, I just kept going—first a half hour, then an hour, after the first two months, then sometimes two hours or more from months three through five. And I just kept gaining. No big secret.
