Jelq, masterbate, jelq girth
I can’t remember who it was but someone on this site posted a .pdf file of “ancient pe techniques”, basically just containing jelqing and kegels and stuff like that. It mentioned jelqing then cumming then jelqing some more. Anyway, I added this to my girth routine and the results have been noticable in a fairly short time span. I don’t measure so I cannot provide you with exact gains, but my girlfriend has noticed and commented a couple of times within the last month or so, and I havent been particularly consistant. Anyway heres what I do for girth:
30mins jelqing: starting lightish working up to hard slow jelqs and ulis (I masterbate and watch porn to keep myself about 70% erect). I then masterbate to orgasm, then continue with jelqs and ulis as hard as I feel comfortable with for another 5mins or so.
Afterwards my dick is really pumped, and stays pumped until the next morning if I do this at night.
I do some stretching on seperate days. I don’t have a particular schedule I stick to at the moment, but I started with alternating one day stretching to one day of the above girth routine.
This is certainly not an idea to be picked up by beginners. Listen to your dick and don’t overdo it.
