Is this routine good for length??
I’m getting back into pe after taking a layoff from an unsuccessful try at hanging…my nbpel is a mere 4.25” but have respectable girth of 5” behind glans and nearly 6” at base…I’m only concerned with length but won’t mind some girth gains if they happen.
JAI stretches…3 sets x 15-20 reps done 3x day
wet jelq…30 mins varying erection levels
5 days 2 off
