I have been wearing my PM for 5 days now, as some of you know. I am now trying to figure out if the soreness that I am feeling when I pull on my flacid penis is a sign that I am doing the right thing. I dont have to pull real hard. It seems that its sore from one end to the other. Not in isolated places. Please help me, as I am trying to do things that will make changes. I must say, for those that have a hard time wearing the PeniMaster all day at work… I have no trouble with it. I wear loose clothes and tape up the loose ends on the PM. I`m very mobile with it. I wore it today for over 7hrs. at pretty heavy loads. At the most, 2 lines showing. I put it on a digital scale and found that I am wearing it at loads between 2 to 3.5lbs. load. For sometimes, 3 hrs. at a time.
What do you guys think? Any pointers? Thanks in advance for all your help!

I would defintly say a a little to moderate amount of soreness (or fatigue as they call it in hanging) is what you want to aim for. I just started hanging after 4 1/2 months of manual stretching with great gains there, but hit a plateau and after only a week and a half of intense haning many hours a day slowly going up in weight I have honestly broken my plateau and now up to about 8.2” inches BPEL up from 8.0” inches which the manual stretching alone could not break. When I do my hanging or manual stretching for that matter I try to keep doing sets until I get a nice degree of soreness. This logically tells me when I get this soreness to ease off for a while (half a day, a day, two days) depending on when the soreness goes away and how my erection quality is etc because my penis is telling me it wants to heal now. If my erection is weak I know more healing is needed. Also sometimes I just ride the soreness and will hang longer so I can get the most out of the weakend state of my penis, this can be bad sometimes because to me I sence I am on the brink of so-called overtraining where injurys are more likely. Also the more you fatigure/get soreness on your penis the more time off you must take to let it heal to a reasonable level before doing PE agaiin. Hope this helps. Good luck man, get lots of gains.
