Hey guys. So I measured today after 2 more weeks of stretching with jelqing too. I upped my stretching time to 10 minutes as opposed to the previous 5 minutes I was doing - For some reason though I measured today and Im exactly where I was 2 weeks ago. Im at 7 13/16 and I was at 7 13/16 2 weeks ago. This is weird because I was only stretching 5 minutes a day before and consistantly gaining 1/16 inch every 2 weeks, I switched to 10 minutes of stretching over 2 weeks and now I didn’t gain at all.
I’m going to take this week off to rethink my routine so that I can continue with length gains. Maybe switching to twice as much stretching time overworked my dick and actually didn’t help it grow… I’ll measure again after a week off to see if the results are still the same. Maybe I’ll go back to 5 minutes of stretching again.
I need some imput. Maybe my dick is overworked and hasn’t had a chance to repair the damage from the last 2 weeks. But this is my 3rd day off… I’ll take the next few days off and measure again to test that theory. Is it possible that I should move to other stretches like V-stretches and other length gaining shit to help me out? What are other “advanced” length gaining exercises? I’m gonna hang and ADS as LAST RESORTS.
