Hey guys. So I measured today after 2 more weeks of stretching with jelqing too. I upped my stretching time to 10 minutes as opposed to the previous 5 minutes I was doing - For some reason though I measured today and Im exactly where I was 2 weeks ago. Im at 7 13/16 and I was at 7 13/16 2 weeks ago. This is weird because I was only stretching 5 minutes a day before and consistantly gaining 1/16 inch every 2 weeks, I switched to 10 minutes of stretching over 2 weeks and now I didn’t gain at all.

Any ideas?

I’m going to take this week off to rethink my routine so that I can continue with length gains. Maybe switching to twice as much stretching time overworked my dick and actually didn’t help it grow… I’ll measure again after a week off to see if the results are still the same. Maybe I’ll go back to 5 minutes of stretching again.

I need some imput. Maybe my dick is overworked and hasn’t had a chance to repair the damage from the last 2 weeks. But this is my 3rd day off… I’ll take the next few days off and measure again to test that theory. Is it possible that I should move to other stretches like V-stretches and other length gaining shit to help me out? What are other “advanced” length gaining exercises? I’m gonna hang and ADS as LAST RESORTS.

Johnnno you might have overdone it ? I’m not sure. Or you are not putting in enough intensity. Yes, you should include V-stretches and other length gaining manual exercises into your routine. You can also jelq at a higher intensity or high erection level (becareful with this). High erection jelqing is an “advanced” method :)

Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

I’m having the same problem.I was gaining good, figured I wanted to keep it that way and added more, then I gained nothing.

This has got me thinking, that if the stars are aligned and I’m actually making good gains with a certain routine, I’ll keep at it until gains stop completely. Gaining even a little is better than switching it up with higher hopes and lower gains.

Believing you can is half the battle.

Why oh why oh why would you change a routine that was giving you consistent gains? I mean, I understand - we only want to make gains quicker, but if it ain’t broke…

Johnnno, keep us posted with your results. Currently this is confirming my theory that doing ‘just enough’ to create adaptation is better than doing too much and not getting the recovery time before the next session, and that routines should not be changed until gains slow to a crawl. I think you may get some growth from another couple of days of recovery and I will be fascinated to see if you do and what they are. Good post.

Kazoo, maybe the thing is that it’s difficult to know what rate of gains one should accept, be happy with, strive for instead of what you have right now, etc. I mean, how can you know you aren’t losing time in a sense by not doing a little more in order to get a higher rate of growth? To me it seems that just sticking with one thing is almost the last thing you want to do. I think what he is doing is basically a good idea — you have to try a few different things in order to be able to know what rate of growth you should be going for and to know what produces that.

And then of course, there’s always that factor that measuring will always have a +/- and erection level varies and all that… See THIS is why they need to officially scientifically empirically study PE. I’m sick of it being a guessing game! I might have gained the same as I was in the past… It’s damn hard to tell when it comes down to 1/16 of an inch! But I know one thing for sure, I surely didn’t gain twice as much as I was gaining from the 5 minutes of stretching.
