I lost girth

Audacia, don’t worry yourself too much about a “toughened” tunica. That’s all just PE theory — some of which makes sense, but none of which has been proven. Even those who subscribe to that sort of notion generally believe that a few weeks off would “un-toughen” any tissues that became hard to stretch.

I say you should just pay attention to your measurements (and your EQ) and do what increases them for you :) Sounds like pumping works better for some guys, clamping for others.

It is amazing how the body adapts and becomes tougher when damage is caused to it so in turn it can resist further damage caused more easily.

My EQ always seems good although I’m quite bad at judging EQ. I just know whenever I want I can stimulate myself to a 100% erection, I basically always get morning wood. It’s not PE fatigue that hinders these things, I mostly find it’s not kegeling that does it.

Clamping definitely does work for girth increases though. If anyone can give me there perspective. When measuring girth do you pull the tape really tight and kegel? Usually I kegel and gently wrap it around not digging in at all (providing there’s no loose skin in the way like near the base. Strictly speaking the compression of the tape would be the true girth because it would be more realistic comparable for during intercourse.

The situation you are describing right now sounds exactly like how I am at the moment, except that I have recovered some already.

How long did you clamp before this happened and is it possible that you might have overdone it both with intensity and frequency? Did it take you long to recover?

After laying off hanging I resumed a clamping/water pumping routine a few weeks ago and I experienced great expansion and also quite decent EQ for the first few weeks. I took days off for recovery and everything were going well. Suddenly, I noticed that my penis were not recovering as it had done in the prior weeks. Having taken more days off than I liked, I performed a light session anyway. The next days my EQ was even worse and my penis felt weird. My flaccid were more rigid than usual.

Since then I`ve been off PE, except for a light jelqing routine now and then.

The thing is that I was in a similar condition around Christmas and I had not done any intense PE then.

I do however think that I will stick with low pressure pumping and jelqing when I`m ready to resume PE, regardless of whether it was clamping that caused this or not.

I feel sorry for your penis. Give him a break, will ya? ;)

One session per day should be plenty. There are guys who have gained with less than that.

If I were you, I would lay off PE or at least keep it VERY light until you once again have excellent EQ. Edge and have lots of sex if that is still an option ;)

It is not a good thing to be in a hurry when doing PE.

Hey Renholder. I was 100% erect clamping for a couple of months before I noticed the poor EQ increasing and my tunica stiffening. I took a 2-3 month break off of PE and just did kegels during that time to rebuild my EQ. After reading up on how the tuncia’s elastic properties operate from flaccid to rigid I discontinued 100% erect clamping and favor flaccid to semi erect PE work. The only 100% erect PE I do now is pumping and edging.

I can never keep my erections hard for that long when clamping, but it’s ok because as soon as the erection dies down a bit I start clamping down and it builds tremendous pressure in a semi-erect state. I’m making good gains, so for me this works.

I’ve been doing the 2, 15 min sets of pumping at 3hg and it seems to be going good for now. In the pump my penis isn’t as long as it was at 6hg for 10 min but with the extra time it it seems to be fatter when I take it out. Hopefully I’ll quickly regain what I lost.

I wonder if this means I should completely give up clamping or at least only do it a couple of times a week.
