Tube, why is it some people don’t put their stats in the PE database? Isn’t the PE database a potentially wonderful PE reference source?

Tube can you tell me HOW to imput my measures into the PE Database? And also, when I am measuring my girth to compare and stuff, WHERE do I measure it from. Some same the midline, some same the biggest place. I find my biggest place to be at the base, but them I’m also getting a bit of sack skin in the measurment so I’m not sure… I’ve been using my midline to check gains but I also am pretty sure it’s not my biggest point.

Also, how do I edit my profile and stuff to add a signature and/or picture?

You can’t really emulate hanging very well with manual stretches. A hanger is able to apply higher forces over longer periods of time. Unless you are able to manual stretch for extended periods I would say no. That doesn’t mfean a lot since there are a bunch of other things you can do. Ever try lazy ass stretches? I guess it depends on why you can’t hang. Can you pump? Can you ADS? Try to reformulate your question with some more specifics and I will get back to you.

Basically it is just laziness. If the PE database went to people all would be solved. It is the same dichotomy as home newspaper delivery versus picking it up at the corner store. Most people wouldn’t read the newspaper if it wasn’t sitting on their doorstep or on the seat next to them. Also, people are forgetful. Another factor is that people don’t realize what information can be mined from the data and how useful it would be to the black art of PE.

Where to measure you girth is mostly a personal decision. There is no standard that has been adopted. Ask yourself what girth do you wish to keep track of the most. Do you want to increase base girth most? Then use your base girth. The important thing is to be consistent and honest. This is harder than you think so it is very important to carefully come up with your own consistent way of measuring that won’t change over time. You are right about the sack skin, it can make things more difficult. I would have to say most guys use their midline girth, it is the closest thing to a standard that we have. Personally, I like to measure base, midline, and end, since I want to know how they all change. When reporting your base to others I would stick with midline girth and denote that fact parenthetically.

To edit your profile stuff you can click on your avatar. If you don’t have an avatar click on userCP near the top of the page. Then it depends on what “skin” you are using. With “sub-blue” there a left hand column where you will see a bunch of links for doing different things to your profile. In “Yo Purple” there will be a drop down menu that says “Settings and Options”.

OK, I have no time, I have no privacy at all for hanging, pumping or ADS. (Maybe I could try ADS, but I´m not sure if they could see it through my pants)

So I was wondering if, in lack of hanging, I could do manual stretches several times a day because I need length and, as far as I know, hanging is one of the best methods to gain in the length department.

I would look into ADS, traction wrapping, and fowfers. ADS can be done covertly. There is the BTC ads configuration, the around the waist configuration, the towards teh belly-button configuration, and the down the leg configuration, all doable with just some wrapping material and potentially a belt to secure it. This is what I would do. However, it is going to take a lot of trial and error on your part, to get things just right, so that it is comfortable and effective. I mean, you could go with just jelqing and stretching and you would likely see gains, but why stop there? My philosophy is to apply traction for as long as is comfortable and safe.

Well, I would have to say horse440’s, clamping, and sadsak slinkies or these newfangled O’bends. Although it is more difficult with girth exercises I also believe time spent under high pressure is more important than the amout of pressure. So time over intensity. Thats why I would supplement these girth exercises with some form of light clamping or ballooning.
