I think anything over 7 you can say is well hung or big. Girth matters but length looks bigger so to speak, over 5.7 girth is far too.

I have to disagree on the length arguments. In my experience, what makes a penis look big is the girth. Or just width for that matter. One centimeter increase girthwise would be a huge visual difference. But one extra centimeter length probably won’t be noted visually. Just my experience from PE.

I have experienced that the veins popping out and being alot more visible. That makes me tick :) . After 3 months of increasing the PE I like the view of my little friend after a PE session day. I haven’t gained very much in length or girth but my member looks quite more bad ass than before.

Lots of numbers being thrown out, but I think if you are measuring right (from the base, on top), then 6.5 NBP is where you begin you begin to reach well-endowed. Most big porn stars are this size or slightly bigger (Criss Stokes, the Mexican from Girlsdoporn, etc) — there is a huge thread over at LPSG covering this called “measured porn stars” or something. So, if we are measuring the same way, I’m going with that.

As far as girth, I’d say 5.5 or so is when it becomes noticeable. This depends on the length.
