Simply said: Have hit a plateu. Stuck at 6.25*5.25.

Had a hang routine and thats about it.

Anybody have a neww routine to offer, i need some more inspiration or some new ideas to get going again.


By the way its been 7 months. with.75 inches gain in length and maybe a .25 inches girth.

I swear I'm going to stop at 8... ok maybe 8.5 :D


Walk away for about 4 weeks. Take a break. Do nothing, absolutely nothing.

Thats what I did. I hit a plateau and was stuck there for about 2 months, took a 3 1/2 week break and in the first week back I gained almost 1/4 inch.

If you have been at it for 7 months then its probably time for some deconditioning for your dick.

Give it a try. What have you got to lose? Your stuck at your current size anyway.

Hi Andrew - do you remember the titan fold from a while back that you and I both stumbled upon? Do you think that would help here? I ran into a plateau for a while and started doing the bend again and got back to growing again. I’ve heard a lot about taking breaks but haven’t tried that yet.

Even after doing the fold, I still didn’t have any gains.

I think that there are times when you reach a plateau due to insufficient stress being placed on your dick (as with you Titanflex), but I think that there are times when short of having a black and blue dick, the only viable option is a break.

As I am PEing by stealth (my wife doesn’t know), and I had already increased the stress to the point where telltale signs of PE were beginning to emerge (red spots, lots of red spots!), I had no other option than a layoff.

In the end it suited me very well. I was disillusioned with my lack of gains and I had a lot of other things on my mind at the time and I found that the break allowed me to stop worrying about my dick for a while, sort out my other issues and then continue.

I STRONGLY believe that Wad’s theory on deconditioning is correct.It is simply not possible to simply keep increasing the stress in order to keep gains coming. I really is a case of diminishing returns.

By allowing some deconditioning to take place, this then permits you to gain using much less stress then would be otherwise possible. Its kind of pointless if you need to use so much stress on your member that it looks like a war zone and turns off your significant other!

The other benefit of the break is that it allows you get into a positive frame of mind again. If you have been stuck on a plateau for a while, you tend to become disheartened (as I did) and the break gives you time to forget about the fact that you have not gained and allows you to “think like a newbie”. All eager and positive, and that can only be good.

Try the break. I think that you will be pleasantly surprised.

Andrew69, so after the break you started seeing gains again? How long do you recommend breaking for?

I hit a plateau I thought I would never go beyond. I think Stillwater?? Mentioned pushing to your limits with some very aggressive stretching to break thru. This worked for me, but first I took a week off.

I enjoyed my gains. Realizing that now I had a larger dick. Mentally I prepared myself to gain more. Then I started slow and steady (always after showering) the same routine I have been using for months (with minor changes). I pushed (pulled actually, hahaha) to my limits then pushed some more. My dick went all spongy thick and after about a month of effort I measured again.

I broke past 6.75” bpel after about 3 months of no gains and knew I was ready to begin gaining again! Slow and steady… feel the stretch… feel the stretch… feel the progress and don’t give up.

Start April, 2003: 5.75" BPEL, 5.25" Girth Current: 7.125" BPEL, 5.5"+ Girth still trying...

Thanks for the comments guys. Im definetly not pessimistic because I have gained close to an inch since I started, but I think I am going to build a wench and try that…the only thing is I dont understand his directions very clearly. Anyone made a wench, sounds like a great tool for me because I love to mix up hanging with ADS and manual stretch throughout the day.

I took 3 and 1/2 weeks off. I was aiming for 4 weeks but couldn’t wait that long.

I would love to make and use a wench.Even without ever reading the hanging section here at Thunders, I think that hanging is probably the ultimate PE exercise due to the extended TIME that the stress is applied over. However, hanging is simply not an option for me at this stage due to lack of privacy, and more importantly, time. This is why I tried the break. After all, I had hit a wall and had nothing to lose and inches to gain!
