I’ve been inactive for quite some time now. I’ve shrunk some since I quit, maybe down to 6.7x5. I’m starting to get depressed again and I know that PE can help me out. I’d really like to grow in the girth department, but I’m not getting into clamping again since it only made my dick seriously discolored. I’ve gotten some money for equipment now and I’m very interested in Vacu-Hanging, I’ve read that it can make you gain both girth and length.
I need advice, which hanger to buy, what routine to follow.
