Having some success lately

I have made some gains in EG lately, and I want to tell everyone what I’ve been doing different. Firstly, I cut the caffeine way down to just one cup of green tea in the morning. I put one packet of splenda in it, but other then that, I have quit drinking all diet beverages entirely.
I have been taking some supplements as well. I have been taking L-arganine on an empty stomach twice a day; about 1500mg.
I take a multi vitamin, along with other PE friendly supplements I read about on a recent thread about PE friendly supplements. I have been more positive, and my faith level has risen dramatically.
I owe it to participating and spending more time on this forum, which is very important to success IMO. I have been eating right, working out, and allowing myself one day out of the week to eat whatever I want.

One of the most important things that I owe my recent success to is a heating pad I bought. You put it in the microwave and it retains heat for an hour at the most. It is amazing, and the heat is very intense.
With the heating pad, I have been heating up throughout my entire session. What I do is I just take a little two minute break and heat up during the session.
I then resume with the session after the brief warm up.
I also increased my initial warm up to 10-15 minutes. Heat is where it’s at with PE. Heat is crucial to success. Ditch the water. But I do question if there is a difference between dry and moist heat?

Another thing I have been doing is keeping my dick guessing. I have been doing girth work every other day, and some V and A stretches on days I don’t do girth exercises. I have been alternating 10 second wet jelqs (about 50-60) and clamping for 10-15 minutes on one single session, with orange bends on another different session on a different girth exercise day. O- bends are truly amazing when you are thorough with them. I bend up, down, left, and right on the bottom portion of my dick, and the top. So a total of 8 bends per set. I do as many sets till my dick gets tired. I have only done two o bend sessions, and I am considering stopping jelqing altogether, but I don’t know.

Each bend I bend for about 15 seconds, but I will loosen the grip if I feel to much pressure. I follow Mr Oranges instructions to a T. I do the bends for only about 15-20 minutes because my dick gets exhausted very quickly while doing them.
They may be the most effective girth exercise, because I gained an 1/8th of EG after only two sessions. I only supplemented O-bends just about four days ago.
I just rubbed one out in front of the mirror, and my dick looked healthy. So healthy that I grabbed the tape ruler.
I did a uli as hard as I could and kegeled like a mo-fuka, and it was 5.6EG. It was 5.4EG without squeezing the shit out of it.
I was so happy that I donated some more to the site. If I keep making gains like this, I am going to be a happy man. I just hope the gains stick around this time. Peace. I can’t wait to be in the big boys club.

Where you got the heat pad from? I have to start applying different new techniques to my johnson.

Walmart. It is really cool. The material is some spaced age shit made out of clay. It retains intense heat for long periods of time. It doesn’t require anything but a quick zap in a microwave, and your good to go. It was only a little over 10 dollars.

Thanks kingpole and Dino for your support through my dark periods of struggling to maintain gains. Hopefully brighter days are ahead. I just need to find what works for me I guess, and I think this current routine might work.

Could you link me to the specific heating pad you use? I am currently experimenting with various methods of warming up and this is something that could be very useful.

I threw away the box, but luckily the info you need is on the clay pouch it self that goes inside a cloth pouch/pad. The pouch is called Thermipaq. The link is www.thermipaq.com

You can put it in the freezer if you want to make it cold to.

I’m convinced. Target is much closer to my house than walmart, though. Wonder if they have it.

I haven’t measured my EG since monday, but I just rubbed one out and it looked obviously plumper and felt heavier. I am doing something right here I think.

I actually am about to do some PE right now. I am going to do some o bends, and some clamping. I like to measure my EG while I’m clamped because it makes me feel better about myself.

I have a good feeling about tonights measurement whilst clamped.
