Hello guys,

First of all, I would like to mention that I have never hung anything off of my penis before. Last month however, I began to use golf weights for hanging purposes. Well, I noticed that after hanging with the golf weights, I get this raging hard on of my life. lt usually lasts up to twenty minutes. What in the hell is going on? In my teenage years Ive never had an these kind of erections. My penis feels like a steel rod since I began the weights and at times it is not that comfortable. I also have noticed that my girth is becoming insane with the weights, my girth is now around 6.4 inches. Up from 6 inches. So does hanging effect erection quality too? if so im going to have to buy a bib from one of you guys.

Hay Alex, I know what you mean being almost a old timer. I would jump on the wagon seams like you are fast gainer.
I am a slow gainer so i started hanging and currently use a CCH3 with 10 lbs.BTC. three sets 20min each.
I use two to three golf weights and use them as much as i can and will add the pump into my routine.
I noticed a better flaccid and my morning wood is intense with the golf rings. I also use the wrist band if going some where
where the rings will be noticeable.

Hi Alex and everyone.

I’ve been reading this forum for a few weeks and appreciate everyone’s honest advice and experiences. I had to post a comment on Alex’s observations with the golf weights because I can completely relate to them.

I started 3 weeks ago with an ADS weight that I built myself. It’s about 1 pound and I wear it for most of the day. In the beginning, I couldn’t wear it all day, because it started to be uncomfortable. As the days went on, however, it go much easier – and enjoyable! In fact, if I forget to put it on, I will go back home to get it.

Anyway, last week I noticed my erections were harder than ever before (I’m 32). Not to the point of uncomfortable, but pretty close. I also noticed that I had much more thrusting power and sensitivity too. Last year, I tried PE’ing for the first time. I used the Jelq technique. I got results, about ½”. But, I didn’t stay committed because of the time and secrecy that goes into it. I only lasted 6 weeks.

This ADS technique, I can definitely stick with. I am currently working on a heavier weight.

I’m starting out with a BPEL of 7.0, girth 5.0. Obviously I would like to gain, but the performance results I’ve gained so far are well worth it, even if I don’t.

I’m going to continue with the all day weight hang and see if I continue to get results. It’s really enjoyable.

I have been wanting to try using the golf weights but I haven’t found where to buy them yet (my wal-mart doesn’t have them). I suppose I should go to a sports store.

I’ve had similar results with other types of ads devices such as penis stretchers. It’s the opening effect of the arteries why this is happening I do believe.

I saw some golf weights at Academy but the ring seemed to large that it would just slip off my penis…. Is there something I’m missing here? Maybe they were just excessivly large width weights

I think you are supposed to apply a light wrap of sort before attaching the weights.

Okay, guys, one more time: here is the thing with golf weights. They’ve got some advantages and some drawbacks. First off, they are a great ADS if you’ve enough girth to keep them on without wrap. If you have to wrap the end of your dick to keep them on you won’t stick with them, because the wrap becomes uncomfortable. But here are some ways you can keep them on and be comfy:

If you pump: a light 5 or 6 in hg for approx 3-15 min. sets will plump you up enough to keep them on all day without wrap. Also after hanging they are a great way to heal extended. The bunching up of Lymph that occurs during hanging or any PE is also enough to plump you up thick enough to keep them on. Five weights weigh 2lb, but the best way to wear them as an ADS is by wearing only two or three. Put them on in the shower. Soap up and pull all excess foreskin or PE skin forward to the tip through the rings. All that skin bunched up at the end will both keep the rings on and act as a kind of skin bumper to protect then glands. Wear them during all your waking hours and wear the TheraP magnetic wrap while you sleep. Keep that dick extended all the time while healing micro tears. Never let your dick retract inside the fat pad to heal, or it will heal short.

WalMarts. Anywhere in the US. About a buck and a quarter each, and the wrap is about $8.00. All Wallmarts have them you’re just not looking hard enough. They are with the golfing stuff for the weights, with the ACE bandages for the wrap. For all the vets: I swear to God this is the laST TIME I’M GOING TO SAY THIS. For all the newbies

Thanks for the good information. What the hell do you do if they should happen to fall off and hit the floor while you’re in public? Has anybody figured out a safety chain type of set up to prevent this kind of embarrassment?

I think you’ve started off the right way as an intro to hanging. I wish I had started with them instead of hanging heavy weights. There are many advantages to golf type weights. when you understand the healing process then you can judge where you need to begin increasing weight and why. Take a look at www.bonesdoctor.com/prolo.html then take a look at www.weissortho.com/glossary/ligaments.html What we are trying to achieve is between a grade 1 and a grade 2 sprain. Then disallowing it to finalize the healing process which 1. shortens the ligs back to original length and 2. adds collagen which increases the overall strength of the ligament to handle more weight. What we really want to do is keep the ligaments in a constant healing state but not let them finish. This I believe is why we see guys that plateau and struggle to regain allowable stretching. They have given enough time for the healing process to progress and this in spite of regular hanging sessions.

I believe that when we heavy hang occasionally and use light weights ADS then we disallow healing during the non-hanging periods whether that be 18 hours, a day, two days, whatever. Then along comes another heavy hanging session and we re-fracture or microfracture the ligs again. This seems to be what is happening with me. The trick is to utilize enough weight to stretch but not exceed the 6% limit before tearing occurs.

I do believe that long rest periods do their work because during that time the ligs are non-stretched and the body recognises that and allows the ligs to regress in their strength, hence when the rest period is done and weight is again applied then easy stretching is again possible.

The advantage of golf type weights is ability to keep our heavy hanging weights low for a longer period of time while still maintaining gains. It doesn’t go against the theory of more weight or more time for gains because actually your increasing time but at a low level.

I’ve got weights now that can go up to almost 5 pounds within 3.5” and more stealthy at the same time. That should be enough weight to keep me going for many months. I shouldn’t plateau with the heavy hanging on occasion to keep the ligs fractured and for that matter I doubt if I’ll have to increase my light weight to keep my gains going. All I know is that my gains are consistent so far.
