Hello,

I just want to hear your opinion about this. Follow the TGC theory I should focus on girth-work, but most of you guys say that if you’re going for lenght, you should focus on stretching and low erection jelqing.

I just don’t know what I should choose…Any advice? Anyone succesfull with either the TGC theory or streching+low erection jelqing?

First, how is your EQ? If it is low and you are looking for length, then focus on exercises that work the smooth muscle (see TGC Theory thread),
If your EQ is great, then stretching and tunica based exercises.

I have a similar inquiry. I recently read the TGC theory and was somewhat impressed because it seemed like something that may apply to myself. From what I’ve read, I would probably qualify as a tunica-limited PEer. My BPSFL is about .25” longer than BPEL, and I have the characteristic rock hard erections. Almost a month into PE, my BPSFL seems a bit longer (I’m trying to avoid a real measuring session until the 1 month mark), and erections now at about 97% instead of ~103%. The TGC explanation for this would be that (and correct me if I’m wrong) the tunica has been slightly stretched by the newb routine and the smooth muscle has not yet caught up with it. Should I change my routine to a “TGC oriented” newbie routine? Is there such a thing? Or would the prudent course be to stick with the newb routine for a couple more weeks to get more diagnostic info?

I’ve already read the thread about the TGC theory. The difference between my bpfsl and bpel is outside the range of 0,5inch. That would mean that my smooth muscle is the limiting factor, however my erection levels are different by day. One day an 8, the other day a 9. So I’m not sure if I should focus on girthwork or do mostly length work by stretching and low erection jelqing.

Do 60-70% girth and the rest length. It is working for me so far as well. I am gaining length
