Then, by accident I guess, I loosened up the clamp a bit and I noticed that my cock was a lot fatter. So, I got out the tape measure and it was an extra 0.25” (4.75”). I couldn’t freakin’ believe it. I’m basically treating the clamp like an adjustable cock ring.
Last week, I had a 1.25 hour long clamping session. I only stop for about 2-3 minutes in between sets, but the clamp is on really loose. I wrap as well with the TheraP wrist band stuff. I usually have 1 or 2 of these long sessions a week; the other days I usually clamp for about 45-60 mins depending on time and privacy. But today, my engorged girth (while clamping) at the end of my sesion got up to 4.875”. I have had no EG gains yet, but with this expansion, I think (hope) I’m on the right track. Plus, my dick doesn’t get dark purple so I know I won’t be getting any discoloration.
Today, I also found something new. I usually edge to porn while clamped and I kegel as hard as possible. Firstly, I sit up with my back erect and my feet shoulder width (or slightly more) apart. Then, as I’m edging and kegeling, I lift both my feet off the floor to put more pressure in my groin area. I found that not only does my BC muscle flex even harder, but my engorgement goes up as well. My BC muscle got really fatigued, but after one of my long sessions, I incorporated this maneuver and at the near the end of my session, I measured a clamped engorgement of 5.125”!!!!!!!!! I couldn’t believe it.
