Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Fool_4's automatic PE device

2peornot2pe, in response to your question regarding “cuff” diameter and constriction, this is pressure based, 10PSI on me is 10PSI on Mr. Holmes. The “cuff” will conform whatever diameter is inserted and build to the applied pressure, automatic one size squeezes all.

A dead mans switch is not planned, though the initial testing will have a cuff “escape” valve tee’d into the cuff air supply (shop airgun), so that in a panic I just squeeze the airgun and the pressure is allowed out until I can shut down. The cuff is the only thing I can see injury coming from and is all I am really concerned with insuring safeties with.

I know someone else is already thinking this, but here goes.
This should be an “open source” project, there is no reason I could not have done the control with an Arduino board and a nema 23 stepper motor and drive. An HIM is really not needed either, not once proper theory and routines are developed, heck it could be setup with dip switches to make needed parametric changes. Stepper motor/drive setups can be had from Ebay for like $30, and Arduino megga’s for $30ish, the rest of the effector, is sitting in EVERY Lowes or home Despot and should not break the bank. There are also smaller cheaper servo valves on the market too.
I am going to finish this as an all out full bells and whistles “proof of concept” example, then I will start on an “open source” version with an eye to making this doable by the average Joe Handyman.

F4, thinking “aloud”

PS sorry about all the little post fragments, they really do just hit me and I feel now compelled to share them.

Reciprocation realistically does not require any of this mechanism, Why did I not just use a pneumatic cylinder, they are now dirt cheap from automationdirect. Com . Two servo valves and your good, one on the cuff and one for stroke. Pressure applied to the cylinder with the cylinder’s cross section factored would translate DIRECTLY into pulling force applied, with no need of shunts or fancy control to sense torque. And it would mean NO RACK AND PINION to snag things.
Please lord help me not to tear this apart and start over again. I am going to suppress the perfectionist on me and finish this one off as currently conceived.

F4, talking too much.

Even more developed would be just a cylinder with a rubber insert and rings of muscle wire powered in sequence then NOTHING would move but blood to the front of your unit. Mimic the esophageal smooth muscle swallowing reflex!
This would just mean a row of FET’s soldered up and an Arduino to provide the PWM and sequencing.

F4

PS shape memory or nitinol produces some heat in normal operation and would not be insulated from the penis by an air cushion (as is the current case), I really like this idea a lot.

Breakthrough

With muscle wire, just a soft rubber “sleeve” could be fashioned! You pull it on (probably with a groin and waist strap to keep it snug) and kick back. This would make all night Jelq routines commonplace. I think this is the best of all ideas I have ever had in the PE realm.

The patterns and sequences possible, my head is spinning. Ever tried a continuous “centipede” style jelq?

F4, going back to “work”

No actual pull would be presented to the ligs with a sleeve based unit, but it sure would build bulk.

I see two different styles of Auto PE units, the nitinol all night wearable and the stroke based type I am working on now, but with pneumatic reciprocation instead of servomotor.

F4, getting back to “work”, REALLY

More show and tell, pictured are the elements of the “electro” system, amplifier, waveform generator (hantek), step up transformers (maybe too big and limiting of thoughput freq), encoder translation ckty (in the j-box that’s going to be on the effector), my earlier mentioned “escape valve”, and my coffee and ashtray. I keep trying to quit and throwing “real” ashtrays away, only to end up using whatever.

Here is one more full view of the control set.

First run, I must confess, had no PE functionality, but does double as an “insatiable cowgirl” with the tightest, uhmm, on earth and abilities no mere mortal woman could EVER manage. Needless to say a cleaning procedure has been tested. :(

F4, hacking away

Hahaha - Now that’s what I call thorough testing! Sounds like you already have a marketable winner without ever getting to the PE aspect. I’m actually jealous!

In reading your recent posts I detect some second thoughts but I am happy you are proceeding ahead with the current design. As you see areas of improvement evolve simply make note of them with the improved solutions. This is the whole purpose of prototyping anyway and I am sure seeing the way this works now is what allowed you to come to these insights in the first place. Nothing of this complexity is ever perfect the first time, or the second or the third for that matter. At least in my R&D experiences anyway. That’s why they call it research and development not research and instantaneous product. To get 100% perfection the first time out on something like this is asking too much of anyone or any corporation for that matter. These things have to be developed and development only occurs by building on previous ideas. The good news is nothing in this first build is wasted and can be used in future designs.

Keep plugging and don’t lose focus or allow yourself to be sidetracked too much and before you put too much pressure on yourself for a viable unit in 3 days time let me ask you this: In your experience how long would it take an engineering corporation to get this project off the ground from idea to viable working units? When you think about it that way the truth is you have been making tremendous progress and at lightning speed.

Once this first design is up and running it will give you great insights for improvement in probably many areas and you can use it as a valuable tool for testing all your ideas in the development of even better things.

I have many more thoughts but for now I hope this helps

Thanks DGA, sorta was getting the talking to the wall feeling again..

This has crossed my mind before but I imagined a cylinder with a series of pneumatic rubber rings which could be programed to inflate and deflate in any sequence.
I admit I’ve never heard of muscle wire ! I’ll have to read up.

Yep nitinol as I recall contracts something on the order of 30% of it’s length and the temps to drive it are not very high at all. So a progression of differing sized sleeves would be required if huge girth gains were to be realized. Or maybe they do two wraps per ring then a 60% constriction would become possible with one sleeve covering the gamut. You don it and start turning up the PWM on the driver until you feel a comfortable constriction level and let it run. Maybe capillary tubes and water to keep the unit temp down during use (should the energy dissipated generate an excess of heat that is).

I love the idea of molding the rings right into a silicone rubber sleeve.
