Food for thought..

I have been an avid hanger in my 1 year PE career. I have gained a full inch by using a homemade BIB. Typically I will measure FLBP after each session to get a feel for gains. Today my head was just too sore to hang so I did manual stretches for the first time in a very very long time. Much to my amazement the FLBP measurement was a full 1/4” more than post hanging. Any thoughts on why this might be so?
