Finally gaining again

After about a month with any gains I am back on the road to a bigger unit. Hurray!! I am so happy, this last month I was stuck at 6.5 NBPEL I just measure and now I am at 6.7 NBPEL I think it might have something to do with me changing my routine.

Changing your routine is very beneficial to encourage new penis hypertrophy.

Well my old routine was 200 jelqs and 5min of manual stretches both in the evening after I get off work

Now the new routine is 10 minutes of stretching pulling in different directions and then 10 mins of doing some V stretches, inverted V stretches and I also do a stretch that I’m not sure is named yet but you stand straight put your left hand at the base of your penis push the skin as far forward as possible then with your right hand you grab the top of your penis right behind the glands. Then you bend over keeping your legs straight and stretch your penis as far as you can without experiencing pain( you should feel a very tight pulling at the base of the shaft) and hold your penis as close to your body as possible.

But after I do that I warm down and go to work and after I come from work I do about 300 jelqs and I also have been experiencing with ballooning the last couple of days and I am happy to say that at full erect my penis hits the line just before the 7” mark.

I haven’t been really measuring my girth lately because I have been so excited about getting length gains again that I am more focused on that now and I don’t plan to keep a steady record on girth until I reach the length that I want to be. Because I have read posts that state the theory that “it is harder to stretch a fat wire than it is to stretch a skinny wire” and I think that theory holds true to some extent but maybe I am wrong. But if you must know last time I measured my girth I was at about 5.1”
