Yeah, you’ve discovered my nasty little secret: I’m a frequent measurer. I measure at least once every day, even when I’m resting from PE. The constant measuring doesn’t discourage me, but its useful when seeing my progress (although sometimes very small) from week to week). It helps me adjust my workouts to favour certain exercises and read my body’s responses.
Measuring from the BPSS (bone pressed side spot) is far more forgiving on my fat pad.
Does anyone else (like Cya at 8) notice a difference in fat pad size when flacid and erect?
