Okay so then I’m measuring inconsistently somehow, or what qnt said.

Hmm this is concerning me, I’m not sure where the inconsistancy is coming from for me. Maybe the ADS or my EQ when I measure but it definately seems and measure the same its pretty frustrating. Obviously I need to eliminate my fat pad more then.

I feel I’m always really accurate with my measurements, this is so strange abd disconcerting. Oh well ill just have to look into a better way to measure

We get excited when we first start P.E. And this excitement can cloud our judgement at times, and the questioning can make this worse.

Just do consistent work and watch your erection levels and measure less over time.

Pretty soon you’ll be able to tell without measurement that P.E. Works.

Hi new to this forum but not to PE I haven’t done any exercises for over four years now just started back up 2 days ago. One thing I remember quite clearly was exercises in the shower and the amount of little purple blisters all over my dick whenever I did exercises in the shower it seemed to be much worse when I had a wet grip.

I had two exercises that I used in my routine after a look on forums 1 was the beginner exercise and that made up the majority of my routine the other was where you reach around from behind and pull using legs and back to give extra strength to the pull.
Basically I’m going down the same route but this time I’m going to jelp also. My sessions used to last around 10 to 20 Mins before. So is this too much? I used to do it Monday to Friday and rest the weekend
