Hey guys! Spaghetti here once again! I’m going on the 2nd year of my PE career and man oh man have I tried quite a lot of exercises, devices, and routines in my 1st year. I can finally say I am in touch with my dick now and know what works and what doesn’t.

My PE box consists of the original static stretcher, the vacextender 2, a penis pump from lapdist, 3 golf weights, and 3 cable clamps. Wow now that I look at my list I definitely spent way too much money haha. Oh well you only live once and I’d rather have a big penis hehe.

I have tried all these products in search of a good ADS but I could never get any of them to give me satisfaction. With the static stretcher I could never get the wrap correct and the vacextender 2 would make my glands go numb and start to get that needle sensation. Also these were both not stealthy at all. Huge bulges.

So after spending all that money I did some thinking. The golf weights were always the stealthiest IMO. Also, weights in general as an ADS always meant more sense to me compared to extenders because you know you are always going to be stretching at the same amount of tension while with extenders, once the penis relaxes to that tension, you have to lengthen the rods or else your penis would just chill at that length.

Also, another thing I have always been in favor of is noose ADSing, stretching, etc. because I feel like holding the glands while stretching is the only way I can feel the stretch in my ligs and tunica. I don’t really care what anyone says about how dangerous it is, you just have to know when too much is too much.

So last summer I experimented. I cut a 1 inch strip of my static wrap. I threw a couple golf weights on my dick and then I wrapped the static wrap right before my glans, put some velcro over it and voilĂ ! Now, this became uncomfortable so I gave it up after about 2 weeks.

So this year I decided I would give it another try. I took the blue silicon tube thingy from my vacextender 2 and cut it down to 2 inches in length. I then threw on either 1 or 2 golf weights. I feel like 1 is all that is needed to keep me extended after stretching. Then I would roll up the blue silicon thing, unroll it over my glands, then roll it over once more so that it is snugly behind the glans. Then I just let my weights hang.

This arrangement would only be effective while standing, correct?

It keeps me extended while sitting also. I can wear it all day without taking it off. I get a tiny bit of fluid build up underneath my glans but I just jelq and massage my dick for 5 minutes and it’s back to normal.

How is this not bulky?

Try it. I got golf weights from dick’s sporting goods. I believe there is a list of sites where one can obtain them in wantsmore’s golf weight stretching thread.

Weights while sitting are worthless. They are in effect just an anti-turtle device - something I also think is worthless. They keep your flacid hanging long for a few hours after use, but discontinue use and the effects go away very quick. To me they are not worth the hassle - although Monkeybar’s device is extremely comfortable.

I also used an around the waste elastic band vac-ADS all summer with some hanging and gained nothing. Also using the vac-extender with static tension gained me nothing. As you said spaghetti the penis gets used to the tension and then chills at that length. The only gains I’ve got were from an extender with constant tension (ala spring loaded bars).

The commercial extenders with the spring-loaded (tension) bars provide this. Their attachment methods suck though. I’ve managed to integrate the spring loaded bars from my noose extender into Monkeybars vac-extender. This method far superior in comfort and function to anything I’ve come across. It is very bulky though, something I hope Monkeybar is fixing with his upcoming extender base update. Please say it’s so Monkeybar….

Oh, and no matter what your doing at least a little jelqing should be mandatory!

I had trouble getting the standard red golf weight on my dick. The inside diameter of them is often irregular (not a perfect circle), and they don’t have a large enough inside diameter.

I have Monty’s PE weights and they are awesome to use while standing/walking. Anytime I’m going to the mall I’ll slap them on. They actually feel great while walking. They’d be the ultimate PE device for waiters or any other occupation where you stand all day. I use 5 stealth weights and Monkeybar’s Vac-head to secure them. They are a bit heavier than the standard golf weight albeit at almost 3x the cost.

I still don’t see how this is not bulky unless your wearing awful baggy pants!

Actually weights are completely fine with jeans on. I have Monty’s stealth PE weights as they are a little smaller in diameter.
